ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A judge granted an accused child molester bond Friday and 18-year-old Edwin Cintron needs only $2,000 to get out.
Cintron was arrested last week, accused of fondling at least three teen girls in the Conway Oaks neighborhood where he lived. The judge granted bond in spite of several families who showed up to prevent it.
The families are very upset that Cintron was granted any sort of bond and say some of their children are already having nightmares about the day Cintron is allowed to walk out.
“I’m going to set his bond in this case at $15,000,” the judge said Friday. (how measley can this get?) ec
Those were the words, parents and friends of victims never wanted to hear.
“He did something so wrong he should never be let out of that jail,” said Phyllis Rumpzam, the mother of one alleged victim.
Cintron is accused of molesting several young girls, most of them in the Conway Oaks neighborhood. Early this week, parents posted fliers with his photo to warn the community. Friday, they showed up to beg the judge to keep him in jail.
“I’ve had all these girls near me and they are scared to death for him to get out,” said Lee Mercer, the mother of one alleged victim.
Cintron answered some simple questions, including about his passport and pending military deployment.
“I was going to be deployed to South Carolina, Ft. Jackson,” he said.
Cintron’s mother told the judge he could live with his grandmother, two miles from possible victims, but no one from Cintron’s family wanted to talk on camera.
The victims and families still can’t believe it.
“They’re sleeping in their clothes, fully clothed. They’re scared to death he’s going to get out and do something,” Rumpzam said.
Cintron also has a $5,000 bond on a different molestation case, but he most likely won’t get out of jail Friday night because the company that fits GPS tracking devices was closed. That’s one of the conditions of his release.

Blah freaking blah blah blah. I am so tired of hearing the same old crap for these pathetic excuses for judges. For those of you who believe in God, at least we all know who the REAL judge is. Most of these other assholes are just taking up space. I feel sorry for their souls.
Taking advantage of a child and you knowingly can help prevent the pain and agony of a child suffering from nightmares. Yes I know that the bastard that assaulted them will be released soon enough, but why so freaking soon? Why does the state of Florida have to be so messed up and let these people walk the streets? Its getting so tiring and trying frantically waiting for someone to do something with these God forsaken pedophiles. Yet nothing has happened yet.
I guess children are pawns and if they get battered and bruised, its ok, you can always have more. These parents did not take this laying down. They really fought to keep this guy behind bars. What scale do they use when it comes to setting the bail amount? How do they determine what to price it at? The way the family responds? The nature of the crime? Just a little fondling here and there assures that you get out in a few days?
We should be outraged by this. Let me hear from you. What do you think the pedophiles should have to endure for the pain and agony that they impart to their victims? How do we pay them for their crimes against our children? Tell me your opinions.

Obviously you didnt know him that well this guy was in my unit there’s no way these girls all lied about their age let alone looked over 18 his excuse was “I was checking the time” our unit made fun of him that whole drill hes a sick bastard and should have never have been let out especially for only 2000.00.
