Remember last week sometime, I told you about this major printing company in Florida and they had informed their employees that they could not wear any buttons, bracelets, hell they couldn’t even bring in a cup of coffee that had the name Obama on it. However, this printing company put 3 signs on their building. Each one was at least 30×10 and the prior dimensions that I said were actuallysmaller than I thought. They had two on their buildings and one huge one on their entry gate for their employees.
It is reported that these signs are at least 5,000 each, and they had three and would not even give their black employees raises. Well the county has stepped in and ordered them to remove them and they have to have them down in 24 hours or face a hefty fine. Yes, many people began complaining and it forced the county to make an action. If you have a company that is doing an injustice of scare tactics and intimidation of the south. If you see this call your officials and complain. Don’t fall for that crap. If you as an employee have to be limited on how you express yourself at a company, then the owner should have to also.
