ORLANDO, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol has determined that a 14-year-old was driving when a SUV plunged into a pond at the Fountains Resort.The driver, 14-year-old Ariel King, and 3-year-old Brealyn Nesmith were critically injured in the accident. Officials said the two are improving.Their mother, 35-year-old Dana King, was killed. King’s fiancé, 33-year-old Brandon Nesmith, and another child, 13-year-old Taylor Nesmith, had minor injuries.FHP said Ariel King was trying to park the Jacksonville family’s SUV when it lurched forward, crashed through a fence and soared over an embankment before plunging into the water. The SUV ended up on its roof, wheels in the air in 6 feet of water.Crash ImagesWhile mechanical failure is possible, investigators now strongly believe human error, given the young age of the driver, may have played the biggest role in the crash.

I feel sorry for the family who lost their loved one, I feel bad for the children who lost their mother. So sad. But I gotta say, there is no reason why anyone should ever let a 14 year old behind the wheel to practice driving. A lot of people allow their children driving privileges very early, but this is so stupid. Here is the thing, don’t spend any time trying to stroke your childs ego. There is a reason why they say it’s a certain age that a child is to practice their driving. When you break the rules, then what do you expect? They don’t have anything to do with you and your safety, you’re supposed to protect your children and think for them, until they can lawfully think for themselves. My son is 15, he will not learn to drive until his grades are good, and until he is close to getting the heck out of the house. Why do you parents do that anyway?

Why do you teach your children to drive so early? You think it’s empowering them, but in reality, you’re sending them out way before they are ready. Teen car accidents are leading among all driving issues. A friend of mine has a 16 year old daughter who drives to school, that is so silly to me. They are so immature and think of how you were at that age. Most of us were idiots, bad judgment of boys/men, bad judgment of clothing, hell we couldn’t think of anything on our own. Yeah it is your childs responsibility to grow and learn, but when they put someone elses life in danger during their learning process, then it is a huge problem. Stop letting teens drive.  Just because the law says we can do it, doesn’t mean it makes sense to do so. You think for your child and use it as a reward for them, not a right. No child has the right to drive, it is a privilege.  When they graduate from high school, then we can talk.

PALM BAY, Fla. — Eyewitness News obtained a 911(listen to call) call from a brutal home invasion where several suspects held children at gunpoint and tortured a teen with hot oil. One of the victims, a 15-year-old girl, is in Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando where she’s being treated for burns to her back and fingers.Police are trying to hunt down the men who tortured a group of children and poured oil on a teen and a mother in the brutal home invasion on San Filippo Drive in Palm Bay (see map) just before 10:30pm Saturday.

At least three masked men burst into their home Saturday night and police believe there may be more. The children were home alone while their mom was getting stitches for a seventh child. The youngest child, who is 10 months old, was grabbed by one of the intruders who threatened to shoot the infant. Police say the intruders heated up cooking oil on the stove specifically to torture the children until they found the money they were looking for.

“These guys are lower than low and they deserve whatever they get from the justice system,” Detective Michael Pusatere of the Palm Bay Police Department said.When the mother walked in with her seventh child, police say the intruders threw the cooking oil on her. She said they could take everything and one of the masked men threw her baby down on the ground and they left in the family’s SUV. Investigators say they don’t believe the house was chosen at random, officers say the intruders were watching it. But they don’t know why they chose it or where the suspects are now.”They were demanding money the person who just left the house owed them. They never mentioned the uncle by name. They just said the person who left the house,” Pusatere said.The mother, also a victim, told Eyewitness News her first priority was her children.”They took my television, their Christmas gifts and my bill money. That’s not worth burning up my kids, burning me, that is crazy,” the mother explained.

Eyewitness News found out that the mother of the children has a criminal history. She has prior arrests, including retail theft, but police don’t believe that has any connection to the brutal incident.

Wow what a story? I have never heard of anything so strange. Who is this mystery man they were looking for? One of the children says they were looking for an uncle, but if the uncle was imaginary, why would the child address him as such? It is said also that this is a long story or complicated. What about it makes it complicated? In  the initial story, we are not told anything about the intruders. So how are we supposed to help this family if there is no information? How did the child manage to escape? So many missing pieces in this story. I wonder what the deal is here? Why were there no names being released in this story? The only name here is the detectives.

I cannot dive too deeply into this because something does not seem right, and the fact that there are children involved here, It doesn’t allow for much speculation. However, some of this story seems concocted. I don’t get any of this, I’m not saying it didn’t happen, but I like to pay attention to what was done as well as what wasn’t done. I notice this mother says, “They took my television, they took my bill money and my childrens gifts.” I wonder why she was not not so upset about the child who is only 10 months old was by their admission thrown to the floor by one of the attackers. She never mentions that. She truly does spell out all the things they took. It’s almost like a setup of things to come. I’ve been a mother for a long time, and let me tell you, you will have to kill me if you touch my child. I don’t understand why her first words were not, they burned my babies, they hurt my children, they tortured my kids, something along those lines, not about the things. I also don’t know about how any intruders would come in and heat up some cooking oil. I’m sorry, but I just laughed at that sentence. How in the world are we supposed to believe this? His statement Wednesday follows a cover story in Us Weekly magazine that reports a Los Angeles cocktail waitress claims she had a 31-month affair with the world’s No. 1 golfer.

“I have not been true to my values and the behavior my family deserves,” Woods said on his Web site. “I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect. I am dealing with my behavior and personal failings behind closed doors with my family. Those feelings should be shared by us alone.”

The cocktail waitress, Jaimee Grubbs, told the magazine she met Woods at a Las Vegas nightclub the week after the 2007 Masters — two months before Woods’ wife, Elin, gave birth to their first child. Grubbs claims to have proof in 300 text messages.

About three hours before Woods’ statement, the magazine published what it said was a voicemail — provided by Grubbs — that Woods left her phone on Nov. 24, three days before his middle-of-the-night car crash outside his home in Florida.

Woods did not offer details of any alleged relationship.

“I will strive to be a better person and the husband and father that my family deserves,” Woods said. “For all of those who have supported me over the years, I offer my profound apology.”

Woods has been subjected to more media scrutiny over the last week than when he first won the Masters in 1997 and set off the first wave of Tigermania. He has spoken only three times through his Web site, although this was his longest posting.

“Although I am a well-known person and have made my career as a professional athlete, I have been dismayed to realize the full extent of what tabloid scrutiny really means,” Woods said. “For the last week, my family and I have been hounded to expose intimate details of our personal lives.”

And he continued to say accounts that physical violence played a role in his Friday morning car crash were “utterly false and malicious.”

“Elin has always done more to support our family and shown more grace than anyone could possibly expect,” he wrote.

His statement came one day after the Florida Highway Patrol closed its investigation into the accident — without Woods ever speaking to state troopers. He was charged with careless driving, which carries a $164 fine and four points on his driving record.

The story soon shifted from a patrol investigation to sordid allegations into his personal life.

In the voicemail released by the magazine, a man says to Grubbs:

“Hey, it’s, uh, it’s Tiger. I need you to do me a huge favor. Um, can you please, uh, take your name off your phone. My wife went through my phone. And, uh, may be calling you. If you can, please take your name off that and, um, and what do you call it just have it as a number on the voicemail, just have it as your telephone number. That’s it, OK. You gotta do this for me. Huge. Quickly. All right. Bye.“

The Associated Press could not confirm Woods was the caller.

Woods’ agent, Mark Steinberg, did not immediately return an e-mail requesting comment.

An AP reporter went to a residence in Escondido, California, seeking comment from Grubbs. A person who identified himself as Cody came to the door but didn’t open it, said she wasn’t there.

When asked whether Us Weekly paid Grubbs for her story, spokeswoman Cheryl Crowley said, “As a policy, we do not comment on obtaining stories or photo transactions.”

Grubbs wasn’t the only woman to allege an affair with Woods. Reports in Life & Style magazine and the New York Post said a woman named Kalika Moquin had also come forward.

The magazine, quoting an associate of Moquin’s, said that Woods “wasn’t happy in his marriage or his home life and that there was just so much pressure on him.”

“They’ve hooked up a bunch of times” over the months, the source said of Woods and Moquin. “Tiger told Kalika that married life isn’t all it’s built up to be.”

Another source told the Post that Moquin and Woods have been an item “for some time.”

Woods, meanwhile, remained in seclusion in the exclusive gated community of Isleworth, while some of the world’s top golfers were in Southern California preparing for the start of a tournament he hosts. Woods, citing injuries from the crash, issued a statement Monday saying he would not attend or play in the Chevron World Challenge.

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. — A man is in custody for allegedly raping one woman and trying to rape a second in the Ormond Beach area and the twist was that he attacked his victims at expensive riverfront homes that were vacant.The only reason the man is in custody is that one victim was able to steal his wallet. The woman got the man’s wallet, with his ID, and the screwdriver he used as a weapon.The suspect had walked her to a home, told her it was his parent’s home. He said he lost his keys, so he cut a hole in the screen to get in and, it appears, he picked the spot out long before he committed the crime.”I just got raped. He put a screwdriver to my throat,” the sobbing victim told a 911 dispatcher.

Minutes after being raped inside the vacant Ormond Beach home, the victim called 911.But she knew who her attacker was.”Spell the last name for me,” the dispatcher asked the victim.“T-R-O-X-E-L-L,” she said.Timothy Troxell lost his ID to the woman; she grabbed it from him after the alleged attack and gave police exactly what they needed.”We knew who we were looking for at that point,” said Kenny Hayes, Ormond Beach Police Department.And as it turned out, law enforcement was already looking for Troxell. Sheriff investigators say late Sunday night Troxell took a woman he met in Daytona to a huge riverfront home in Ormond By The Sea. She said he told her it was his parent’s home and that they would go in the back entrance.

When they got there, she said, he attacked and she ran screaming into the street.It was just one hour later, the 911 call came in from the second victim.Troxell had gone to a bar, police said, met another woman, drove her to another nice but vacant home, and, this time, the woman didn’t escape.”Obviously, he was persistent and bold enough to just go back within minutes of the first failed attempt and find a second victim,” Hayes said.But with Troxell’s ID in hand, police were able to go to his address on John Anderson Drive. They found him riding a bike down the road and he admitted right away who he was.When Eyewitness News showed neighbors of the vacant home Troxell’s picture, they recognized him and said he was driving slowly through the neighborhood several days ago.Troxell was jailed on $76,000 bond.

Poor ladies. I feel bad for them, and even though no one deserves to be attacked and raped, it’s one of those things where you wonder if they could have used better common sense. No way should you be going to an abandoned house with a man, or going anywhere with a man whom you just met, and who you are not interested in sexually. Most men if they meet you in a bar, they expect sex. It’s plain and simple. Very few men want to just “talk” or hang out with you. If they wanted that, they would take you to the park. Perhaps you two could go walking in the mall, but to his house? Nope men want to get busy with you and if you’re not prepared to give up the goods, then just don’t go with him.

This man is a creep and sick, but I wanted to say this as well. Dating has to be a pain in the butt these days. No one can trust anyone, and women are afraid of going home with a guy without checking his background first. I must admit though, if this is the truth, then how is Maury Povichs show so busy with baby mama drama? Just wondering. I don’t think that women have gotten any smarter when it comes to dating men, or is it that we really want to trust them? Either way, these ladies suffered badly behind going off with a man they just met. Is there enough time to get to know someone? How long should you wait before you actually go to his house, or he to yours? Too many questions.

Maurice Clemmons, the 37-year-old Tacoma man being sought for questioning in the killing this morning of four Lakewood police officers, has a long criminal record punctuated by violence, erratic behavior and concerns about his mental health.

Nine years ago, then-Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee granted clemency to Clemmons, commuting his lengthy prison sentence over the protests of prosecutors.

“This is the day I’ve been dreading for a long time,” Larry Jegley, prosecuting attorney for Arkansas’ Pulaski County said tonight when informed that Clemmons was being sought for questioning in connection with the killings.

Clemmons’ criminal history includes at least five felony convictions in Arkansas and at least eight felony charges in Washington. The record also stands out for the number of times he has been released from custody despite questions about the danger he posed.

Huckabee, who ran for the Republican presidential nomination last year, issued a statement tonight calling the slaying of the police officers “a horrible and tragic event.”

If Clemmons is found responsible, “it will be the result of a series of failures in the criminal justice system in both Arkansas and Washington State,” Huckabee said.

He added that Clemmons’ release from prison had been reviewed and approved by the Arkansas parole board.

Clemmons had been in jail in Pierce County for the past several months on a pending charge of second-degree rape of a child. He was released from custody just six days ago, even though was staring at seven additional felony charges in Washington state.

Clemmons posted $15,000 with a Chehalis company called Jail Sucks Bail Bonds. The bondsman, in turn, put up $150,000, securing Clemmons’ release on the pending child-rape charge.

Clemmons lives in Tacoma, where he has run a landscaping and power-washing business out of his house, according to a police interview with his wife earlier this year.

He was married, but the relationship was tumultuous, with accounts of his unpredictable behavior leading to at least two confrontations with police earlier this year.

During the confrontation in May, Clemmons punched a sheriff’s deputy in the face, according to court records. As part of that incident, he was charged with seven counts of assault and malicious mischief.

Everybody wants to blame everybody in this case. Come on people get real, they are ALL TO BLAME HERE. Mike Huckabee, lets talk about him for a moment. I know absolutely nothing about the man, and most of you don’t either. What I do know is that he took away a ten year sentence for a man who was found guilty and serving prison time. He gave Clemmons clemency and that lead to his string of horrors. Before I forget, why in Gods good name would a bondsman put up $150,000 for an accused child rapist? None of that makes sense. We can get to that later.

Here we go again, Mike Huckabee seems to be taking a lot of pot shots at everyone, and he is being dealt with the same forced blows. However, this seems almost political to me now that I’m looking at it. It seems to some degree that Mr. Huckabee is being attacked by some medium. Nothing concrete there, pure speculation. but the more I read this case, the more I’m intrigued with it. I’d love to spend a lot of time attacking Clemmons for killing the officers, but I’m going on a different angle today. It won’t be pretty, but hopefully it will all make sense in the end.

Why are 4 Police Officers who are paid by tax payer money sitting in a coffee shop “doing paperwork”? That is the number one question I thought of.

This is what I’m talking about. This is the reason that our streets are crime filled. Law enforcement officers are not doing their jobs. I don’t care what any one thinks when I say this. I wanted to be a police officer at one time, but I can tell you this, these officers are not heroes, they did not die in the line of fire or duty. They were sitting down eating donuts and drinking coffee on the clock. We paid for it. They paid with their lives. Call me insensitive if you want, I’m just calling it like I see it. There is absolutely no reason why officers who are dressed in uniform have to sit in a coffee shop and do paperwork. First of all, don’t you realize that you’re a target? Don’t you realize that there is a whole lot of citizens out there waiting for you to do your job and actually patrol the streets, the alleys, I mean actually work?

You ever thought about foot patrol? Ever thought about actually getting out of your car and walking? I’m not just talking about into a doughnut shop or into a 7-11, but watching the people as they walk, looking for criminals. See this is how I see it, when your uniform is on, the  guard should be UP, when it’s off and you’re in plain clothes, then you can drop your guard. They were so engrossed in “Paperwork” that they didn’t notice a man outside with a gun about to assassinate them? That says a lot about COPS! Once again, do you freaking jobs. Pay attention and stay alert. I know a lot of people were killed today, but in thinking rationally, they should not have been there anyway. Why can’t they do their paperwork at the precinct? Why can’t they do their paperwork in their patrol vehicles? Let me ask you something.

If you become a victim of a crime while walking downtown, be it a mugging, purse snatching, attempted robbery, rape, or what have you,  and you look around and no one is there to help you, then you walk down further looking for a phone to call 911, and you notice 4 cops sitting in a restaurant having coffee and donuts, How would you feel?

I am a firm supporter of our law enforcement officers. I have a massive amount of respect for good officers who are disciplined and trained, as well as informed about their duties and actually carry them out. However, I don’t respect officers who are lazy on the job at the tax payers expense.

Another thing I wanted to point out. I can imagine that some cops get frustrated when they arrest a child rapist and then they get released back out onto the streets. That has to feel like a slap in the face. I know it would be that for me, so I can understand how they would get relaxed. That still does not condone laziness and cavalier attitudes while working or serving the community that you swore to protect and serve.

I hope they catch Maurice Clemmons and if we’re lucky we won’t ever have a problem with him again. I never wish death on anyone, so it is hard for me to mention those words now. Maurice Clemmons  should not have been released on bond at all, and the clemency should not have been granted. We see this all the time, and most of us always say that certain crimes should not even grant bail options. However it is lawful so we tolerate it.

I can talk about Maurice Clemmons and end up joining the rest of the world who thinks that he is a evil, diabolical sociopath who brutally murdered 4 outstanding officers. Let me say this, I wanna see the stats of these officers and how many crimes they’ve prevented. How many lives they’ve saved, and what they’ve done to contribute to the safety of  the streets. If you find your way to this blog, don’t tell me how great they were as fathers, tell me about their services to the community. They were not fathers when they wore those uniforms, they were officers. I think they could be awesome people, I’m not disputing that. I’m frustrated that they were off duty/on duty and didn’t see their fate coming, and if they missed this, what else did they miss? How often did they go the doughnut shop? How long did they sit on the clock there? That is what I want to know.

RUSKIN, Fla. — Three people were killed and one person is being treated at a hospital after being injured in a two-vehicle crash in Hillsborough County.The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office says the Sunday night crash in Ruskin happened when the driver of a sedan ran a stop sign, colliding with a sport utility vehicle. Officials say the sedan struck a power pole.The three passengers in the sedan died at the scene. They had been wearing their safety belts. The driver of the SUV was taken to South Bay Hospital in Ruskin with minor injuries and later released.Results of a DUI investigation are pending.The victims were identified Monday as: driver 27-year-old Sylvia Pittman; her husband 29-year-old Gerald Pittman; and their 5-year-old son, Jarod Pittman.

Here is the 911 call transcript. I am doing what I can to not make anything more of this than what we’re hearing on the news. This is not the place to come if you want unfounded gossip. I only gossip about stuff that is factual and concrete. However In saying this, I just gotta point out a couple of things regarding this 911 call. Something is strange here.

Now you know I’m known for my imaginations, and that is really all I have here. One thing that does not make sense, why in the hell did they bleep out what the caller was saying regarding it being Tiger Woods? Why is that redacted? Another thing, what happened to the rest of the freaking call? Why did Elin not call? What are the circumstances that made his wife who supposedly pulled him out of the vehicle, not allow her to call 911, but instead a stranger called on his behalf. Is it possible for tiny Elin to actually pull Tiger from the Escalade? Does adrenaline do that? Listen folks, I got nothing but speculation for you, something seems fishy about this caller and what actually took place. I got my own thoughts, but boy are they imaginary, and I can’t sit here all night trying to figure out what took place. When something concrete comes available, I will be right here to give you the news/scoop, until then, what are you thinking?

CLERMONT, Fla. — Lake County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a fatal shooting at a home on County Road 561 in Clermont.According to officials, the homeowner, 70-year-old Russell Conrad, was awakened by the sound of his truck’s horn early Saturday morning. When he went outside to investigate, he found a man inside his truck.

Conrad fired warning shots and ordered the man out of his truck twice. When the suspect finally got out of the truck, he ran towards Conrad. Conrad told officials he was in fear for his life so shot the suspect, killing him.The suspect has been identified as 32-year-old Steve Hilson. According to officials, he lives in the same neighborhood where he was shot.

This story pissed me off. I don’t think this man should have been shot or killed. The owner Russell should have stayed in his home and called 911. This is so pathetic that we care more about things than we do human life. Now this 32 year old is dead all for trying to steal a truck. Where is the sense in that? We have law enforcement who are readily available to assist when needed, but now the residents don’t want to utilize them, or let them do anything because we all have guns now and it’s easier to kill someone than to call for help.

Why in the hell did this guy go outside in the wee hours of the morning? It’s premeditated murder if you ask me. He grabbed his gun, he knew he’d probably have to use it, and he killed this man. He shot this guy down like an animal for slaughter. And I’m not buying that the Steve Hilson came at him. Now think of this, even a crackhead knows better than to run up on someone who is carrying a gun. Especially one who has already fired a warning shot. He fired two shots already, so Steve knew he would use it and yet we think he’d run up on the man? Oh please, give me a freaking break. What makes a person so stupid that they think they should run out their house to confront someone who was stealing his truck, basically, I’m killing you for stealing my stuff. Human life means nothing these days I take it, but your belongings are priceless. He killed someones child, possibly someones father or husband. And don’t give me the crap of “Well he shouldn’t have been stealing his things.” First of all, nothing was actually taken, it was supposedly an attempt. That man, Steve Hilson could be sitting in jail right now instead of his family preparing his funeral. This is shameful.

Let me say this, just because things are “Lawful” does not mean they are expedient. Just because you Can do it, doesn’t mean you should do it. Anyone with a conscience does not have a desire to kill someone. This Russell had the urge to murder and that is what he did. No ifs and buts about it.

I think that Russell should go to prison for manslaughter.

PALM BAY, Fla. — A Palm Bay man will spend the next two years in prison for choking his two-year-old son because he soiled his diaper.Miguel Torres de la Rosa pleaded guilty to tying a belt around the boy’s neck and trying to strangle him.He was also forced to give up parental rights to the child and his four-year-old daughter.

This story is good because the ending is great. I like the fact that he was forced to give up his parental rights. There is really no rehab for people of this sort. Once you start trying to kill your children, you’re hopelessly evil. I think that more men and women who choose to murder their children or any child should have their rights forcefully terminated. In America we give people way too many chances to harm a child.

When they first show you that they are unable to be helped, why should we go on sacrificing our kids to them? Leave that child for someone else to raise and treat with love and respect. When you place a child back into a home where there was previous abuse , not just someone called in and reported hearing something or seeing something, I’m talking about evidence, visual or other method.

Then when you place that child back into that home, back into those surroundings, you sign a death certificate for that child and any of their siblings. I think they should stop giving them to grand parents too. Hell who do you think that that child may have gotten their ways from? If their parent raised them and they grow up to be child abusers, that is learned behavior. I wonder if Cindy Anthony got any psychological evaluations. We’d be not so shocked that she had a mental problem of some sort. Look at her daughter. Apple didn’t fall far from the tree on that one.

I hope this little boy and his sister get a loving home.

Basketball star Shaquille O’Neal paid for the funeral of a 5-year-old North Carolina girl after being moved by national news coverage of the case of Shaniya Davis, who police say was kidnapped and killed.

The Cleveland Cavaliers player was touched by the stories he saw and got in touch with the family to see what he could do to help, a spokeswoman for O’Neal said Thursday.

More than 2,000 people attended the girl’s funeral Sunday. Her body was found Nov. 16 beside a rural road.

Her mother, Antionette Davis, who had reported the child missing six days earlier, is charged with human trafficking and child abuse involving prostitution. Mario McNeill is charged with murder, rape and kidnapping in the case.

“I was sitting at home watching it on the news and the story brought a tear to my eye,” O’Neal told The Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper.

Corey Breece, of Rogers and Breece Funeral Home, which handled the service, declined to tell the Fayetteville Observer newspaper how much it cost but added that a child’s funeral “averages around $4,500.”

A man who answered the phone at the funeral home Thursday told the AP that only the owner could comment and that he was away.

Shaniya Davis’ father, Bradley Lockhart, and his family had set up a trust fund in memory of Shaniya to help raise money to pay for the funeral. Lockhart was not available to talk Thursday, said a man who answered the phone at his home.

I’m so grateful that Shaquille decided to reach out to this family in order to help this young child who was slain. Her last days on this earth were far worse than most peoples lifetimes. Her mother is scum. I cannot really fix my mouth to call her a mother, Antionette is anything but a mother, and I’m not so sure whose worse, she or Casey Anthony. Some women give birth to bring life to something beautiful, and some women give birth as a means to support themselves.

It is said this woman had a drug problem, no drug makes you sell your child. That means this thing called Antionette was evil from the start. Nothing could make you do this. It has to be in you from the start. Drugs only enhance what you already were. Just like money. If you’re an asshole and poor, then when you become rich, you become a bigger asshole.

There is no solace for this family, and I have not written about this story until today, as I could not swallow the agony of talking about her and what she endured. I would hope that human trafficking would bring about a stiff punishment, and I also hope that the baby she is pregnant with be snatched away immediately after she gives birth.

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — Drugs may have led to a man’s murder in Daytona Beach.Officers say 34-year-old James Tolbert was found shot to death in front of home on Baldwin Lane Friday Afternoon.Eyewitnesses say they saw two men running away from the area just after a shot was fired.Investigators say they don’t have an exact motive but they say drugs were found at the crime scene.

How many murders does this make this year? I should say this month. I’ve always been one for gun ownership and right to have them, do you think that things are getting out of control now? I’m wondering if the laws that allow us to carry guns or purchase them will get stricter over time. We just had the laws changed that would grant a more liberal approach to weaponry, now this is going to be a setback. Makes those that think we should have no right to own them feel that they’ve proven their cases.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Professional golfer Tiger Woods was seriously hurt during a car crash near his Windermere home early Friday morning. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the 33-year-old was driving a 2009 Cadillac SUV when he hit a fire hydrant and then slammed into a tree on Deacon Circle at 2:25 AM.

Woods was by himself at the time.He was taken to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee. It’s not clear yet what caused the crash. Investigators say alcohol was not a factor in the crash.

What do they mean when they say “Charges are pending?” That is the first thing I thought of. If alcohol was not a factor, then what could have caused the crash? There is no mention of a collision with another vehicle, so what contributing factor are they waiting on to decide if charges will be filed? I am a fan of Tiger Woods, not of golf to be honest, I like him though. I hope that his wife Elin is holding up ok. I worked at his place of residence years ago, and met him a few times. He’s a nice guy, shy though and reserved. Of course that was before he became husband and daddy. Pray that all goes well with him, this is not good news at all.

Woods, who has won 82 times around the world and 14 majors, returned to his $2.4 million home in the exclusive Isleworth subdivision near Orlando earlier this week after attending the Stanford-Cal football game, where he tossed the coin at the start of the game and was inducted into Stanford’s sports Hall of Fame at halftime. He had traveled to China and Australia earlier in the month, winning the Australian Masters on Nov. 15. Woods was to host his tournament, the Chevron World Challenge, on Monday at Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, Calif. He won six times this year after missing eight months recovering from reconstructive surgery on his left knee. Even though he failed to win a major, Woods said he considered this a successful year because he did not know how his knee would respond.

Now in saying that I’m very happy that Tiger Woods is fine, that would be an understatement. My problem now is the difference in the reported news. One thing I cannot stand if having to rely on the news to get the story straight, which makes me look incompetent. You should know I cannot stand that. Four people are dead, including a child, after a Thanksgiving night shooting in Palm Beach County and police are still searching for the alleged gunman.Jupiter police say a fifth person is undergoing treatment at a local hospital.The incident happened shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday. The four victims are identified by police as: Ramone Joseph, Carla Merhige, Lisa Merhige, and 6-year-old McKayla Sitton. The fifth victim, who is in the hospital, was identified as Patrick McKnight.The alleged shooter is believed to live in Miami and may be driving a blue 2007 4-door Toyota Camry.

How horrible this story is. The only thing about this story that I wanted to know is, who is the man who killed all these people? What a horrible way to die? This young angel McKayla Sitton was shot to death by the hands of some maniac. I’ve heard this saying, “You live by the sword, you die by the sword.” There is nothing this child could have done to deserve this tragic death. Jupiter Police will be something busy tonight and for a long time. Everyone wants to see justice for this baby. I don’t know what is going on in this world where even if you have a gunman come in shooting, they don’t see the child as innocent. Regardless of what you felt about the parents or whatever adult was around, you don’t kill children. This young baby had little friends, she had teachers who loved her, and this man took her life.

McKayla was the only person in the victim list that no one would understand her death. We could all come up with reasoning for shooting an adult. Not to say that anyone in this group deserved to die, but it is more likely we can look at the women and give them a negative persona, or the men for that matter. The hardest part is to hear about this baby.

Pray for their family and friends. When these things happen, it only makes the next Holiday even more painful for those who are left to pick of the pieces of their missing family members.

MT. DORA, Fla. — A man was found dead in a home in Mt. Dora on Wednesday morning and investigators say he was shot to death.Investigators say the call actually came in as a noise complaint around 2:45am, but when officers arrived on Hackett Street (see map), someone directed them to the house where they found a man shot to death inside.Crime scene investigators were out Wednesday morning trying to piece together exactly what happened. Police say the victim is 56-year-old Terry Clayton, who lived in the house.“I don’t understand it, man. Why in the hell would you take somebody’s life like that there? And the way they did it, they shot him from the outside, through the window inside the damn house,” said Asberry Johnson, the victim’s nephew.Sources told Eyewitness News the place was known for drugs and prostitution.

Police wouldn’t confirm that, but Eyewitness News found Clayton had racked up a collection of five mug shots in just three years on cocaine-related charges. Clayton’s nephew says it’s no justification for what happened to his uncle.“He was a person that, everybody loved him. He had his ways, true enough, but I don’t see nobody deserving to damn die like that there,” Asberry Johnson said.Mt. Dora police said there were two others at home with Clayton when he was shot, but they won’t identify them. Detectives said they haven’t arrested anyone yet, but they are questioning some people.“Unfortunately, we have to deal with this.

Hopefully, we’ll get to the bottom of it and hopefully the community will step up and help us,” said Lt. Robert Bell, Mt. Dora Police Department.Mt. Dora is usually a quiet, sleepy town more known for its bed and breakfasts than its crime rate. In fact, this was Mt. Dora’s third murder all year.

The first two murders were an elderly couple who were stabbed to death outside a Target store in April. Accused killer Jonathan Levy has been indicted on two counts of first degree murder.

I wonder why they won’t identify the men or women who were there with him at the time he was shot. That’s strange. Unless they are under suspicion as well. Maybe that will come out later. That is pretty strange though to be shot from outside. I’m not sure whether his past drug dealings, and I don’t mean that literally, but if they had anything to do with his murder. It’s not far fetched, but apparently there was nothing that seemed to be mentioned about an altercation prior to the shooting, even though the neighbors did complain about noise.

Most of the times in certain neighborhoods, no one really complains about noise as it comes with the territory. Maybe there was an argument of some sort. The only time you may hear of someone being shot from outside is if it’s an accident. He must’ve have been watched. Obviously either a window was open or someone knew where he sat or something. You can’t just randomly shoot in someones house and kill them without a plan. Doesn’t make sense to me.

I do agree with his nephew though, just because he has priors with drugs, doesn’t mean he deserved this to happen. I don’t know why they do that, but I think it’s just to soften the blow for the public so they don’t get all upset. The news does that all the time. Gosh what would they say about me when I die? It’s almost like if they know there is not a damn thing they can do to solve your murder, then they make you out to be so bad or monster like,  that  eventually most people won’t even care about your death. No matter how unjust it was. Now we have this man who was clearly murdered, but the news feels the need to say, “he has priors for cocaine in the last 3 years. Shame on them! Sometimes pointing out your flaws immediately makes a person hear your story and say, “Oh well, he was a drug dealer anyway.” but then that makes it easy for them to not have to do their job, which is supposed to be, SOLVE THE FREAKING CRIME!

Mr. Clayton isn’t even in the ground yet, and I bet the case will grow cold before his body does. Sorry if that was rude, it’s the truth. I wonder sometimes if there is a huge billboard in the police precinct that says ” Another dead nigger” then they mark us off with tally marks. Just food for thought.

ORLANDO, Fla. — A new report shows Orlando is the 17th worst city in the country for crime and number one in the state.The Congressional Quarterly Press released its rankings (see full rankings) of the country’s most dangerous cities, based on FBI statistics. Number one on the list was Camden, New Jersey. Orlando was the highest ranking city in Florida at 17. Melbourne was ranked at 84.Lakeland came in at 159 and Palm Bay was ranked 263 out of 400.

Most of us are not surprised to hear this dreadful news. We saw it coming. I hate to be rude, but I think it’s more so all of the bad element moving here. Really I do. Now I have lots of friends that grew up here, I grew up in Orlando and lived there for 31 years. I moved just before it got terrible. Basically just after the Levy broke in Louisiana. I’m glad I got out with my family in tact.

We have a lot of people coming here migrating from other places, some from up North, New York, and they are pushing them out and they come here, because it’s easy living. It’s not too expensive, and you don’t get punished much for being here. The bad thing is this, there was a saying, “come on vacation, leave on probation.’ That is what all residents of Florida tell new comers. Don’t get into trouble here or you’ll be indebted to us forever. I’m not sure if it’s law enforcement, I don’t know if it’s the racial barriers. Not sure, but I think that all of them play a factor. When you live in a state where 85% of whites are employed and 60% of blacks are employed, the rest either sell drugs or welfare or both, and most of that stems from racism on the job (workforce), then what do you expect? Any one with common sense knows this, you starve a man, you force him to steal. You don’t give a man a fair chance, he finds a way out of no way. Sometimes the only thing a person feels they can do is break the law in order to have something.

That is why the crime has increased so much here. I’ve said it before, and I know people get upset with me, but I truly believe, that if we got rid of the illegals in Florida, it would free up more work for us. Also, when companies go over seas and hire foreigners to work for them, it leave a city desolate and abandoned. I went to downtown Orlando one Saturday, and it was not the bustling city I remember it to be. I grew up down town, it is far from “The City Beautiful”. It feels almost dead. Florida lost something, and especially Orlando. I think the city that wants to have a big feel, is stuck in a time warp and the ones that get caught in the system of life here, only bring more children into this already meager existence. I think it can be changed, and I’m optimistic of it, it will take hard work though. More laws to be followed, and more laws to be governed. Now the question is, whose fault is it that the crime rate is so high?

Clerk Who Shot Suspect Says Gunman Begged For Mercy

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — The clerk who shot a robber was back at work Wednesday morning and police say he was well within his rights to gun the man down Tuesday night.A robber who pulled the gun on a Brevard County gas station owner probably didn’t expect he would be the one who got shot. The owner shot the 40-year-old suspect when he tried to rob the Chevron gas station on South Cocoa Boulevard in Cocoa (see map) around 9:30 Tuesday night.

I like this story for one main reason. It shows me that Chris Riccetelli could have gone easier on the man he killed. This robber begged for his life, but yet, he wasn’t murdered. He was shot and he stopped.

Now we see what a clerk would do when faced with a gun. The clerk actually is saying, the man came in, pulled out his gun, and demanded cash. There is nothing conclusive in the Case at Kangaroo Express that shows the crime of robbery taking place. No one says, The man was robbing the store. There is no mention of Freddy Carson demanding cash. Here we go again.

I applaud what Mr. Suy did, he is a brave man for staring down the barrel of a gun and responding quickly. He gave it what he had. He shot the man who could have possibly killed him. This man deserves to be applauded. It is exactly the way a case like this should go. If this man had been killed, we could all understand. We’d say, the robber had a gun, he pulled it on the clerk, and the clerk shot him in self defense. That is totally understandable and is what most would do in these circumstances.

We also see here that the robber, Stephen Hunt, begged for mercy and mentioned his children. Freddie Carson never had the chance to do that, he was shot immediately. We see Mr. Suy called 911, and now Mr. Hunt the would be robber is now in the hospital facing charges of armed robbery. That suits me and millions of us just fine. What that means is this…Stephen Hunt will face the justice system as all criminals do. He was not gunned down and the drop of a dime, he will face prison time for at least 20 years. He has time to reflect on his crime, he has time to repent, he has time to be remorseful. Freddie Carson has no more time, his time was taken by the only known judge in that case. Chris Riccetelli, he took the law into his own hands and for that, maybe Freddie never had the chance to be remorseful. Everyone needs that last time to say sorry, we have many on death row now who have been sorry for years, but they will still walk that long hallway. I don’t have a right to interfere with the law and assume that it’s my place be judge and jury.

I say Bravo to Mr. Suy, I say enjoy the big house to Stephen Hunt, and you are in for a horrible life of prison away from your children and family. They will watch you from behind steel bars and you will watch them from a long distance and not be able to touch them.

Now that is justice, this case has matched force, this case makes perfect sense.

Another WILD WILD WEST MOMENT IN FLORIDA.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Police say a man with guns barricaded himself and four children inside a downtown Orlando house for three and a half hours Wednesday. It finally ended when police shot him dead.Police say the man walked out of the house holding one of his guns and wouldn’t put it down. Eyewitness News has learned the shot suspect was a local artist.All four children were found safe inside the house. The suspect was the father to two of those children.

Police identified the man shot and killed as 36-year-old Palin Perez Jackson. Friends said he cared for a disabled brother and was struggling to make ends meet.“He had everything on top of him and his family wasn’t helping him,” the unidentified female friend said.It was Jackson’s wife who called police. She ran from their home Wednesday morning and told police he was making threats. They negotiated with him for hours before their fatal confrontation.It’s unclear how many SWAT officers fired. As per standard policy for officer-involved shootings, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement is investigating. Friends of Palin Perez Jackson told Eyewitness News he’s an artist and has even owned an art gallery in Cleveland. He called himself a self-trained painter and, in interviews, said that his children inspired his art. Jackson was a member of the Downtown Arts District and had an art show scheduled for Friday in Sanford.

It’s not going to be an easy Thanksgiving for this family as they have to grieve their lost loved one. This is such an untimely event to. The day before the holiday. Makes you wonder what was going on in his mind. Perhaps he wanted to end it all, and was too afraid to take his own life, and he knew this was a way to do it. Artists of this era, well of any era are mostly under appreciated for their skill/talent. I’m saddened that he had to die this way, gunned down like a criminal, and I was happy to see that his family doesn’t want him to be seen this way.

You never know what is in a persons mind, and if you see signs of depression, then you may want to get some help immediately or you could find yourself in the same situation as this wife and kids found themselves. It must have been horrifying for them to go through that. I wonder how the mother got away from her children, it shows that she ran out, I wonder if she didn’t have a choice but to leave them behind. God I hope this is the case.

I wrote a story about a man a few months back that killed his entire family in Heathrow, Florida. It was such a tragic event that took place. So many men are facing stress right now, and the economy is not making things better. Perhaps this man was suffering economically, and that in todays time is the worst type of suffering to endure. I read that he had a lot on his plate with very little or no help from family members. Why did they put such a burden on him? He seems like he was a good man, who was charitable, at least for caring for his disabled brother. That speaks a lot about a person who is willing to do that. It just seems that when it was his time of need, maybe no one could be there for him. His load is light now, and his burden is easy. My condolences to the family of this young man.

I wanted to add one more thought to this story. I was thinking about all well known artists, and immediately after hearing about his tragic death, I thought, perhaps Mr. Jackson, will be able to provide for his family more in his death as all the great artist did. I hope that his art triples in value and that the family can somehow create a memorial for him and help use this time, which will take time for sure, but hopefully they can take his death and not make it be in vain. I also wonder what his art spoke of, I wonder what his voice was saying to us in his art. My artistic choice is writing, and thinking along those lines, Jackson had a voice too.

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. — The father of Misty Croslin, who was the last person to see missing Putnam County girl Haleigh Cummings alive, has been arrested. LAKELAND, Fla. — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding a man, who won the Florida lottery in 2006, and has now disappeared.The Polk County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday said Abraham Shakespeare, 43, of Lakeland, was reported missing on Nov. 9.

His friends and family told detectives that Shakespeare was last seen in the Lakeland area in early April 2009.Shakespeare is a Florida Lottery winner from November 2006. The jackpot total was $31 million.In April 2007, Shakespeare was sued by a co-worker who alleged that Shakespeare had stolen the tickets from him. Authorities say Shakespeare won the suit in October 2007.

I think that maybe Mr. Shakespeare ran away from home. Really I do. I don’t think that he actually is “missing” but that actually his family knows where he is, but they want to continue to harass him about his money. For the time being though, I do think that police should look for him, just in case there is foul play. Being a winner of the lottery, of course he probably ran into people all the time who tried to extort money from him. He probably wanted to get away from folks and chilling on some Caribbean island somewhere.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando’s deadly office shootings, and the gunman behind them, were seen around the world, but only Channel 9 was the first to talk to a victim who carries his bullet with him.”If, uh, an angel didn’t take charge of that bullet when it touched my body, it could’ve ended my life,” Guy Lugenbeel told Eyewitness News (watch full interview).That fateful Friday, November 6, Lugenbeel was hit in the shoulder as he tried to run from his office. Somehow, the bullet became lodged in his face and it remains there.

The bullet bounced off ribs, splintered his spine, just missed his carotid artery, tapped his eyes and then settled into his sinus. He fell, but he got up and ran again.“I was angry. I was petrified, full of adrenaline,” he said.Lugenbeel ran behind a partition and, for the first time, made eye contact with the killer.“I came up over the partition and he looked at me and turned and went off to the back of the office. I heard a couple more shots, I think,” he said.Then Lugenbeel ran to the stairwell and to the parking garage and got help. An ambulance was there in minutes. He called his wife Louise.“Guy is guy. He said, ‘Honey, I’m sorry to tell you this but there was a gunman in the office and I’ve just been shot.’ And I think,’What?!’” Louise said.Together, the Lugenbeels have dealt with the fear, anger and resentment and, after little more than two weeks, they are doing as well as Lugenbeel looks, remarkably well.“Sometimes wonder whether an angel didn’t take charge of that bullet once it touched my body,” he said.Lugenbeel has some numbness, some pain, but it should all go away, unlike his sense of humor.“I’m just gonna be an ounce or so heavier,” he said.The doctors aren’t going to take the bullet out of Lugenbeel’s cheek unless it acts up. But, after all he’s been through, what he really wants people to think about is his murdered coworker, Otis Beckford (see photos), and Beckford’s daughter, and wants them to remember the funds that have been set up for her at all Bank of America locations.

Lugenbeel was one of five engineering employees wounded inside the Reynolds, Smith and Hills firm at the Gateway Center on November 6. All are now recovering outside the hospital.A sixth employee, 26-year-old Otis Beckford, was the first person shot and the only one killed. He was engaged to be married and had an 8-month-old daughter.Shooter and former employee Jason Rodriguez told Channel 9 (watch video) cameras the company had “left him to rot.” He remains in jail.

Such a horrible story and to have to speak of the accounts of what happened that day must have been very difficult. My first blog on this story was a bit harsh, mainly because I was feeding off of the emotions of Jason Rodriguez, and I think that is fine. We can all agree that most of us have been dealt a bad hand by an employer, one way or another. However, I have to be more sensitive on this one and say it is sad what happened this day. I would hate to be shot over something that I didn’t do. No one at this company could have been prepared for this type of crime.

I think I’d sue the company though if I was Guy, I think he has a good case, after all, this was all their fault. Sorry, but I think it was. Had they not wrongfully terminated Jason Rodriguez, this would not have happened. You should know I still believe this man about what he says regarding their actions towards him. How many people really just make up things about their company? Not many that is for sure. I feel bad for Guy and his wife for what they’ve endured, actually I feel sad for all of the innocent ones. This was truly a horrible event, I wish that Jason had found another way to get over his hurt and anger towards this company. There are other options you know. Leave your comments.

ORLANDO, Fla. — A woman walking home early Tuesday morning told Orlando police she was approached by a man armed with a gun, dragged into nearby bushes and raped. Police said the victim flagged down an officer shortly after the crime and provided a description of the suspect that led to his arrest.

Now this story is a bit personal. I lived on Randall for about 4 years. This neighborhood is horrible, and why any woman would be walking that time of morning is strange. The only people who walk this neighborhood early in the morning are street hookers, drug dealers, or in the slightest bit, men or women who are getting off from work and just getting off the bus. There is a bus terminal about a minute from where this woman was located. As I was reading this story, I had flashbacks. My book actually depicts the exact community of this rape. Enough of that, back to the story.

I wonder what she was doing over there, not that I’m saying that she shouldn’t have the right to walk as she pleases, but this is not the neighborhood for this. And I was reading a comment on a news sources site that read, “Maybe her John didn’t pay for the services and she cried rape.” Hmmm, I wonder if she were white or lived in a better community would we automatically assume that she was a prostitute? My own mind went there on this one, but I know the area, and the types of people that live there. It is a slum neighborhood. Let’s say this woman was a prostitute, does that mean she should be raped? Of course not, her way of providing for herself and her family is her own business, and rape is rape. About 14 years ago when I lived there, I was coming home from work and witnessed a mugging. I actually hid under my house, yes under the house because some of those houses you can do that, I was terrified. This guy was jacked at gun point, it was scary.

I feel bad for this woman though, her case will be challenged, but maybe because it’s 2 black people, it will be easy to convict him, and it will be even easier to take her word and let her go, because she is black. Meaning if she were accusing a white man of the same crimes, they would look at her differently, and most assured, she would be a Hooker and they would tear her to pieces on the stand, right? MIAMI — A South Florida pastor and his wife have been convicted in Miami federal court on charges that they took part in A $7 million money laundering and mortgage fraud scheme.Garry and Yvonne Souffrant, of Davie, were convicted Monday. They had been charged with conspiring to defraud banks and launder drug traffickers’ profits to buy properties in South Florida and Georgia.Authorities say Garry Souffrant, a pastor at God First Ministries in Miami Gardens, and his wife used their family real estate business to help drug traffickers buy homes and luxury automobiles.The couple faces 5 to 30 years in prison for the crime.

Winel Castro Molina takes a trip back to court today to face the judge. A decision will be made regarding his release from jail on $25,000 bond for raping a woman he pretended to be a good Samaritan with. Winel Castro Molina was released with no preconditions and no tracking device. Basically, he is a free man. He is able to walk the streets with no one to be accountable to. That doesn’t seem like a smart thing, and what bone head judge allowed this? How do you set a proven rapist free on bail with no GPS Device? You don’t.

Anyway, hopefully they revoke his bond or at least give this freak a device to protect the safety of the public. Hell isn’t that what they are supposed to do?

ORLANDO, Fla. — A standoff between Orlando police and a robbery suspect ended early Tuesday morning. The incident along Big Horn Street in Tangelo Park ended safely when police arrested the 15-year-old suspect and a 17-year-old was also taken into custody. Authorities said the two teenagers robbed a 7-Eleven on North Mills Avenue around 1 a.m. and drove to Tangelo Park. They ditched their vehicle and the 17-year-old passenger was captured, but investigators said the 15-year-old driver ran through some back yards to a 70-year-old woman’s home and got inside. A police officer spotted the 15-year-old in a window and got him to surrender. “The juvenile put his hands up, and a patrol officer was able to hold onto the hands until SWAT could go inside and get the juvenile into custody,” Orlando Police Department Sgt. Barbara Jones said. The 15-year-old was taken into custody around 3:30 a.m. The woman inside the home was not hurt. The names of the teenagers were withheld because they are juveniles.

Are the criminals getting younger and younger or what? I don’t see why they withhold their names from public records when they are criminals. I mean what is the harm in releasing their names? First of all, if you’re a criminal at age 15, then possibly you’ll be a criminal at age 18, right? These young boys robbed a convenient store and I suppose they won’t release their photos. So now we gotta wonder if these two Bonnie and Clydes will strike again. I wonder who their parents are, and can they be held accountable? Especially for the 15 year old. Someone should have been calling around saying that their child is not in bed sleeping.

Is this generation raising itself? It sure feels like it. Then after that, they apparently break into an old womans home. Wow, now that is the scary part as well, not only do you rob a store, but right after you do this, you break into someones home. I’m happy that the woman was not hurt. I can imagine her surprise to wake up and find her house televised for a standoff. I’m wondering if she was a relative or if they just randomly chose her home.

Is it safe to assume that someone will wake up and report their car being stolen as well? I don’t see how a 15 or 17 year old would have a drivers license or be able to purchase their own vehicle. Let me guess, the car is stolen as well.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Andrea Lyon is on Casey Anthony’s defense dream team and she’s supposed to be the expert on the death penalty. Eyewitness News obtained an audio recording of Andrea Lyon bashing judges, female prosecutors, victim’s advocates and even calling jurors “killers.” Lyon made the comments at a conference in Orlando (Listen: part 1 | part 2) before she joined Casey’s defense team.Casey’s lawyer Jose Baez wasn’t qualified to handle a death penalty case himself, so he hired Andrea Lyon, a Chicago death penalty expert who calls herself a “pioneer in the field.” Andrea Lyon also calls herself a “genius, legendary” and says her intelligence is superior to jurors’ intelligence.

She couldn’t remember whether she filed for a protective order and couldn’t explain her email praising Kronk for finding Caylee Anthony’s remains saying he did a good thing.“Given the opportunity, he probably would’ve killed me,” ex-wife Jill Kerley said.But ex-husband Roy Kronk didn’t kill her, though she says he duct taped her hands, kidnapped and beat her.“He probably was the one who murdered Caylee Anthony or had something to do with it,” Kerley said.“I deem these tactics as despicable,” WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said. Sheaffer says it’s telling that the defense private investigator did not interview Kronk’s bitter exes under oath, which makes them worthless.“Very clumsy investigating technique or it was deliberate not to go under oath, because they might not have gotten the same responses,” Sheaffer said.The biggest problem with all the accusations is that they have nothing to do with Caylee Anthony’s murder. He says it’s a hard sell that Kronk murdered Caylee, pretended to find her remains, collected a reward and set himself up for a possible death sentence.“How absurd does that sound when I say it? Absurd,” Sheaffer said.

It’s not uncommon for bitter exes to do this.“You bet they see an opportunity for their 15 minutes of fame and to, in fact, pay back,” WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said.Sheaffer points out that, if the defense team repeats unsubstantiated allegations like this outside of court, they could be sued. They didn’t during their morning network blitz Friday, which tells him they have no evidence to back them up.“Well, what happens to a cornered animal? They just lash out, lash out, lash out,” Sheaffer said.

Kronk’s attorney said the defense never asked Kronk specific questions about these allegations Thursday when they had him under oath and could’ve pinned him down while they had the advantage of surprise. Sheaffer says it’s another indication that this is another media stunt without any evidentiary or legal substance.Roy Kronk said he first found the plastic bag containing Caylee’s body in the woods near the Anthony home in August, but a deputy didn’t take him seriously and really didn’t investigate. So he called deputies back into the woods again on December 11 and that’s when they took a close look and found Caylee’s body.Kronk’s estranged son told the defense (watch it) he thought Caylee’s remains were found last November, not December, which the defense twisted into Kronk having prior knowledge. The problem with that is that another meter reader told Eyewitness News he was the one who told Kronk about Caylee’s neighborhood; Kronk was not familiar with the area.Kronk worked for Orange County until last month, when he was fired during a dispute over a shoulder injury.
CASEY DEFENSE WANTS KRONK CONSIDERED ‘SUSPECT’Lawyers for Casey Anthony filed a motion (read motion) late Thursday that named the man who found Caylee Anthony’s remains as a possible suspect in her death. Shortly after former meter reader Roy Kronk answered questions in a deposition on Thursday, Casey’s defense filed the motion pointing the finger at Kronk.Two of Casey Anthony’s lawyers appeared on national TV Friday morning to point the finger at the new ’suspect.’ They said there is as much circumstantial evidence implicating Kronk as there is against their client.

“It is the nature of criminal defense to attempt to find someone to blame for a crime other than the person charged. Mr. Kronk has understood from the beginning that the defense might attempt to cast suspicions in his direction–because that’s what defense attorneys do. In their zeal to defend Casey Anthony, defense counsel has filed papers with the Court that are filled with allegations that have no basis in fact and falsely accuse Mr. Kronk of various types of bad behavior,” Kronk’s attorney, David Evans, said in a press released Thursday evening. “As for Mr. Kronk, he vehemently denies the allegations against him and is confident that he will be vindicated. In the meantime, as he stated early on in this case, no good deed goes unpunished.”Prosecutors have not talked publicly about the motions, but they have never called Kronk a suspect in the case and have maintained that Casey is responsible for her daughter’s death.
KRONK DEPOSED BY CASEY DEFENSEMeanwhile, Kronk was questioned under oath Thursday. The defense started questioning Roy Kronk Thursday morning and it lasted all day.Kronk is a key prosecution witness. He puts Caylee’s remains in the woods in August of last year, which is consistent with other evidence. Kronk says he saw the same suspicious trash bag in the same area both in August and December.The defense wants to shoot down his story. It’s already made unsubstantiated claims that someone else put the remains there after October 14, which is after Casey was locked up on no bond.

There have been all kinds of stories circulating, including that Kronk got inside information through a relationship with someone who works at the jail or that he was somehow involved in putting the body there. Prosecutors believe he’s telling the truth no matter what his character flaws are.“Have they started to get into anything personal that’s really unrelated to this case?” Belich asked as Kronk and his attorney left on a lunch break.“They’re just asking their questions. We don’t want to comment in the middle of the deposition,” Kronk’s attorney David Evans replied.The prosecution says other evidence, the condition of the remains and what was found with them and plant growth in the area also show Caylee was there at least since August.The county hired Kronk’s lawyer to help him through the frenzy, until he was let go over a workers’ compensation dispute (read report). But Kronk is grateful his lawyer is now working for free.“I didn’t feel comfortable leaving him without representation, so I’m going to stand by Roy and see it through,” Evans said.Kronk won’t reimburse the county for his $12,000 legal bill. The county says his tenacity saved taxpayers from paying for more searches and what could have been a much tougher prosecution.

Eyewitness News asked how the defense will fight the evidence of coffin flies that were found in Casey’s trunk.“Do you believe coffin flies were in the trunk or are you telling us there weren’t coffin flie?” Belich asked.“I’m not going to comment,” Jose Baez responded.“I think we’re going to see them so how are you going to fight that?” asked Belich.“I’m not going to comment on what we plan on doing. If that were the case, I might as well cash it in right now,” he said.Eyewitness News learned that the defense isn’t finished. Baez plans to question Kronk again and said he’s also considering a guilty plea in Casey’s check fraud case which will be heard in January.
NEXT IN THE CASE AGAINST CASEY The case against Casey will be back to court next month. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled in her check fraud case for December 11.Casey is facing charges for stealing checks from her best friend. The fraud trial is set for January 25.There’s also a pre-trial hearing in her murder trial on January 21.

I suppose Roy Kronk put Caylees body in the trunk. Kronk should have never gotten involved with the media. Goodness, this man is going to be insane after all of this ends. This Attorney Andrea Lyon is totally confusing the hell out of me, I don’t know whether to slap her or applaud her. Since it’s a case about a murdered child, I think I want to slap her sillier than she already is. She had the audacity to insult the justice system and all of it constituents, as if she believes she carries the holy grail. My goodness, what will she do next? I think that maybe, she should have us bow before her as she enters the room. By her own admission, a jury of Casey Anthonys peers would be too incompetent to rule a fair verdict. Apparently we’re too stupid.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A Lake county corrections officer opened fire on three men who tried to break into his Orange county home.Orange county deputies had the neighborhood blocked off for a few hours Sunday night and early Monday morning. The incident happened in the Country Chase subdivision near Apopka Vineland Road and Silver Star Road,Investigators say the three men tried to break into a home in the Pine Hills community where a Lake County corrections officer lives around 11PM Sunday night.”The homeowner heard some noises out in the back porch area, screened enclosure, surprised three burglars,” said Lt. Vincent Van Ness, Orange County Sheriff’s Office The corrections officer grabbed his gun, and fired several shots at the three burglars. Investigators say they don’t believe the corrections officer hit any of the burglars when he fired at them, but he was able to scare them off before they could grab anything.”I don’t know how many (shots). It doesn’t appear that he hit anybody,” Van Ness said.The Orange County Sheriff’s Office told us the corrections officer used his personal gun to shoot at the three men who attempted to burglarize his home.

I do not get this. Florida is becoming the Wild Wild West. I have written about more gun crimes in Orlando in the last week than I have in over a year. I don’t know if it’s the new gun laws that protect people, or if it’s just the criminals are getting stupid and targeting anyone. Now obviously they were breaking into a house with no police cruiser, so it could have been random, the only thing that scares me is, No one was hit during the fire. That is where I have a hard time, everyone who was attempting to commit this crime was actually able to get away scot free. Nevertheless, even when you get away with one crime, there is another crime waiting for you to commit, and you may not walk away from that one.

I am thinking about the new laws that involve gun usage, and I’m not sure if it’s good that we can be so liberal now with our guns. Now I will say, I think that we needed to release the people from feeling like prisoners in their own homes, and then release them from the threat of burglars entering their home and them not being able to defend themselves. Florida is long overdue for a law that would protect a person and their domicile. As stated yesterday by me, I don’t think we should be protecting our stuff, but we should be protecting our lives and our families lives. Anything else is over kill. Some people will become trigger happy, some people will be responsible. Either way, gun crimes are on the rise, and the amount of people using guns to defend themselves is even more rampant.

All in all, we do have the right to bear arms and we do have the right to protect ourselves. Criminals better realize that we will not be tolerating being victimized anymore, and be it necessary to kill a man to protect our well being, homeowners are taking charge of their destiny and not waiting for law enforcement anymore. Most of the times by the time law enforcement arrives, the damage is done, literally. Take care all. Do what you have to do to protect yourselves. I know I will.

I LOVE HER!  she is sooo good, and why didn’t she win artist of the year? Now in all seriousness. She was not nominated for this, but she is good enough to get it, way more so than Taylor Swift. Miley Cyrus is an ok girlie singer, and Taylor Swift is a watered down version of her. It must be the blonde hair, cause it ain’t the voice honey, sorry, but its true. Now check this out. Speaking of Artist of the Year,  I’m not upset that they didn’t give it to Michael Jackson, I would have liked to see it go to Eminem. Michael has received his accolades, rightfully so, and what America didn’t give him while he was alive, it’s too freaking late now isn’t it? Rhianna, ooh what can I say?

I think that the Chris Brown thing was a hoax now, she seems more interested in promoting the new album, just saying, something looks fishy with her. Her performance was better than the outfit, hair all slicked to the side and sunny blonde was cute. Vocals, not so good at times, think she tried too hard. Black eyed Peas, LOL, those guys are nutts. I do not like Fergie, but let me say this, I love her with the group, not solo. I think she sucks solo. Shakira, I didn’t know that was her, and Nelly Furtado, hmmm, she is getting raunchy ain’t she? I love her thang she did with Timbaland, it was hot and Timbaland has way too much fat in the back of his head. LOL But the mix was somethin sweet, I wanted to get up and dance my booty off. Knowing me, I probably forgot someone, Daughtry was spicy as usual. Oh and the group that sings 21, Green Day, I think that’s their name. SORRENTO, Fla. — A Lake County homeowner caught a burglar breaking into his trailer so he shot and killed the crook. Eyewitness News learned the homeowner won’t face any charges.He says he caught the crook on his property on Spring Hill Avenue (see map) in Sorrento.The homeowner was protecting more than just his home, officers say, he was protecting himself.

“Detectives have recently arrested him in the area for similar type crimes,” Sergeant John Herrell said.Back in August Canada was arrested for stealing lawn-mowing equipment and that’s what deputies say he was after this time. Biel has a trailer full of lawn equipment for his business.The homeowner told investigators that Canada lunged at him so he opened fire. Detectives say the story checks out and under a Florida law called the Castle Doctrine, a person can defend themselves and their family in their home.”Hey, the guy entered.

That’s what we move to America for. We protect our stuff,” neighbor Scott Tobin said. Biel did not want to talk about what happened. Ron Schroeder says his friend was protecting his family and he hopes this will send a message to the thieves out there.”You guys know. You watch the news. It happens all the time. You pay the price,” Schroeder said.Neighbors say just a matter of weeks ago, thieves stole some of Biel’s lawn care equipment and that’s why he installed the alarm.Detectives aren’t sure if Canada was also responsible for that theft.

Now the one thing about this story that I like. Every thing adds up. He broke into his house and he was murdered. There seems to be all the evidence needed to support him shooting this man, but there is one thing that the friend/ neighbor said. “We move to America to protect out stuff” That is the stupidest thing I’ve heard in a long time. America is not about protecting your stuff, it is about protecting your life and making sure you’re secure in your home. Things can be replaced, not people. Now if foolish people start killing each other for things, then we are no better than savages.

It is about your right to protect yourself in your home, not to protect your belongings. People get their cars broken  into all the time, does not mean someone has to die for your stuff. Insure you items and in the event of theft, then you can claim for them. Pulling out a gun for someone who is stealing your stuff is silly at best. It is also irresponsible and negligent. Never do that. I believe from what we know, there is nothing this man Biel could have done to protect himself but to shoot the burglar. You don’t know what a person wants when they come into, and you should not have to waste time trying to figure out their motives, just shoot and call it a day. I’m all for this story and believe this was justifiable homicide. Now with Chris Riccetelli, not so sure that was justifiable. I think we need a redo on that case. To me, this would be your classic case of JUSTIFIABLE HOMICIDE!

On a personal note, I am sad for the family that lost their child in this horrible ordeal, but to say this too, it’s bad when people make the choice they make and decide to invade someone else’ space. For sure, that is why we have doors and that is why there are locks.  That is why we have gates and gated communities, that means, if you’re supposed to be there, then all is well, if not, then you bring whatever on yourself by breaking and entering. Poor family. A senseless crime that was dealt with and murder being the end result of it all.

Updated , I wanted to express something to you to make sure you know where I stand. I truly think that it would be justifiable homicide if a person enters your house and you kill them, however, a person in your back yard stealing tools and you go outside at 3 a.m. to shoot them is foolish. I want you to be clear on this. Don’t leave the safety of your home to protect your stuff, stay in your house and call 911, I say still grab your gun and keep look out, but there is no need to go outside to protect stuff. Most people would not go into a shed to steal items when they have a house full of things they can steal. In saying this, I don’t think that Brett should have died for this. If Brett went into his home, yes I say do what you must, I’m shaking my head on this one. I have to recant my own statements, as I was under the impression that Brett was inside of his home, Now it is believed that he was in his shed. Leave your comments.

I wanted to say one more thing to this story. I imagined Brett breaking into this shed to steal things, now of course most people would never go into a shed for cash right? Now think of what Brett would have been taking. In a shed we have lawn equipment, all types of table saws, pole saws, edgers, think about it, all the most valuable things are big as heck right? So wow would Brett have go in the shed, load up a chainsaw, push the lawnmower down the street, and by the time he got out of there, he is bound to get caught by the police. The owner did install an alarm, so he had ample time to respond. He could have called 911, he could go to a local animal shelter and get a guard dog. Brett would have to carry those things down the street, and no one in their right mind would want that burden on them. It seems that Brett was set up to be killed. Really guys he was, we need to know about the parameters involved in the Castle Doctrine law.

I decided to rewrite this story as I don’t think it got the sort of attention that it deserved. When I first wrote about it, immediately after it took place, there were other stories that took precedent over this one. Now I have been presented with a question as to whether or not Chris was fair in his shooting of this man, and eventual death of Freddie Carson. I want you to review the laws that provide for self defense and I want your comments. Matter of fact it is imperative that I hear from you regarding your thoughts on this case. Some thing seems wrong here.

OCOEE, Fla. — Police are searching for two new suspects in a robbery at an Ocoee convenience store where a customer killed a suspected robber.An eyewitness saw a robber brutally beating a store clerk in Ocoee, so he pulled a gun out of his car at the Kangaroo gas station on Franklin Street (see map) and fatally shot the robber.That witness talked to Eyewitness News about his decision to pull the trigger and said he’d shoot that robber again if he had to (watch full interview).He’s a regular at the store and said he was coming to buy some cigarettes when he heard the clerk screaming. He told Eyewitness News he not only grabbed his cell phone to call 911, but also pulled a loaded 40-caliber handgun out of his car.”I opened up, popped that out,” Chris told Eyewitness News on Tuesday, about 12 hours after the incident.

Those shots hit and killed 40-year-old Freddie Carson. Public records show he has a rap sheet going back to 1987, including charges such as battery and burglary.

“I’m upset. I mean, trust me. I’m not happy about taking a man’s life,” Chris said.Investigators said surveillance pictures show that Carson had at least two accomplices. Eyewitnesses told investigators they spotted three men sitting in a red pickup truck outside the front entrance of the store before the robbery. Officers said if they can prove the other two men’s involvement in the incident they could be charged with Carson’s murder because they’re accused of taking part in the crime that led to a customer shooting him. Ocoee police said one man was scoping the inside of the Kangaroo Express and the other man, who was not caught on camera, may have been waiting outside in a red pickup truck.

Investigators told Eyewitness News that Carson had a kitchen knife in his back pocket that he never used.Police said they’re still investigating whether Chris will face any charges by coming to the rescue with a gun. Eyewitness News learned he has been convicted of misdemeanor marijuana possession in 2005 and was re-arrested in 2007 for a probation violation.“I don’t do that no more,” Chris told Eyewitness News. “You learn your lesson.” This time, the 26-year-old says he was within his rights when he took his gun out of his car to stop a robbery in progress.”I was not going to sit there and watch a friend get beat to death. Would I do it again? I’m upset, but, yes, I would do it again,” he said.The store clerk was transported to Health Central Hospital with head injuries, but details on her condition were not released.
MAN WHO FIRED GUN PROTECTED BY FLORIDA LAWS

Chris did not have a concealed weapons permit, but he was protected by two other laws that allow drivers to carry guns in their cars and allow gun owners to start shooting if they witness a violent felony.”He reacted in a reasonable way,” Larry Anderson told Eyewitness News on Tuesday.He doesn’t think there’s anything wrong with what the bystander did. Anderson runs Shoot Straight, a gun range in Apopka.”He did what he had to do to stop somebody from getting killed,” Anderson told Eyewitness News.

In Florida, it’s perfectly legal to have a gun in your vehicle if it’s secured in something like a holster or in your glove compartment. Eyewitness News checked and found out there’s also another law on Christopher’s side based on his version of what happened.

Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law, enacted three years ago, states a person can “meet force with force, including deadly force if he or she reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to prevent death or great bodily harm to him or herself of another person to prevent a forcible felony.”

At least one customer shopping at the Kangaroo convenience store disagrees with the law and believes Christopher could’ve stopped the suspected robber without pulling the trigger.”That’s kind of scary that anybody can just walk up and blam, blam, and you’re done,” Jeff Harrison said.Anderson believes an increase in similar crime scenes is possible as a result of people trying to protect themselves and others. He’s seen a significant increase in the number of people practicing at the range and securing permits.”You honestly can’t feel safe unless you live in a cocoon,” Anderson said

Now initially when I wrote this story I didn’t really state what I thought in it’s entirety, I’m not so sure whether or not he is a hero or not. One thing I want you to remember, Freddie Carson was said to have been committing a crime of burglary, and was hitting the clerk over the head with, unknown object, I’ve been told it was a bottle of some sort. However Chris Riccetelli mistook the bottle for a gun.

Now first of all I had no idea of this NEW LAW! My goodness guys, this is outrageous. I’m not worried about the criminals anymore, I’m now worried about the gun carriers out there, who now do not need to have a concealed weapons permit. Geesh, now it was hard for a black man to get a gun, so now does that mean we can get them too? They should never have given this law, now there will be more people getting them that can have them. And what does it mean to have a permit these days? Nothing apparently, that is just a piece of paper.

Another thing about this case that is baffling, I’ve had a hard time getting my arms around, Ocoee and it’s hick town feel. So much racism streams through it’s cracks. Those boys over there and Apopka still have a way of making sure that blacks know their place. I’m surprised that blacks even live there today. I’m beginning to hate the state of Florida and everything it stands for, and it is becoming the most unstable place to raise your children. After reading this story, do you think Chris acted rationally? Do you think that the Stand your ground law is fair and will be equally responded to.

Another thing, I was going through the channel of researching this story to see what types of comments were out there, and low and behold, I actually found a site with the title “Florida Nigger Made good” Now this site is one of the most racist sites I’ve been to in a long time. He literally doesn’t care at all what he says. There are nooses on his site, and the Nigger word is tossed around as if it were a conjunction. This sites purpose is to brag about Chris Riccetelli and his heroic deeds of getting rid of one more coon. He calls himself The Koon Hunter, and regularly uses marksman antics to support his choices and his deco.

One thing I wonder though, if a black man is driving up to a convenient store just going to buy some cigarettes and he spots a black woman screaming inside because a white man is about to rob her, and is hitting her with a bottle. If he pulls out his gun and shoots that white man in cold blood, would we as blacks get the same loving pat on the back and would the laws stand for him too? It looks to me that extra work was put into making sure that Chris Riccetelli got off. This man was not arrested, and I wonder is this standard practice for a person, whether self defense or legal right, would avoid being jailed at least for 24 hours until a investigation was complete.

As well, there have been numerous sites including all of your news sources that report that the deceased would be robber was carrying a lengthy record dating back to 1987, but we also know that Chris was not innocent as well. He also has a criminal record.

I wanted to present these facts and give this story what I normally give every story that I write. A proper challenge, and I had not done so. I don’t think that anyone had to die here. Chris is an expert shooter, and has been going to gun ranges for years. He is known to carry a gun, and even though we don’t know if the gun he used to kill Freddie Carson was legal or not, perhaps that is why ballistics is taking so long to return it to him, nonetheless, he has exemplified skill and could have used better judgment and not shoot to kill, but shoot to injure. Freddie Carson brought a bottle to a gun fight. There is nothing about matched force with this case.

Now lets go deeper into this case.

We have supposed eye witnesses who claim that they saw a red pickup truck outside in the parking lot. Can you tell me how big of a pick up truck it had to be to fit 3 men? That is the first point to make. Finding a red pickup truck full of black men should not be hard to find.

The next point is this, if it’s 3 guys are supposedly getting ready to rob a store, they are coming prepared. They are not going to send one guy into the store with a kitchen knife in his back pocket. The objective of a robbery is to get money, cigarettes, or what ever it is you’re after. So if it is 3 guys there, one will watch the door, one will be distracting the cashier, and the other will be looking out inside the store. Not one man going in with a bottle. Where is the proof that he was robbing the store anyway? The only people who claim the man was robbing the store was Chris the killer and the cashier. Can anyone else come forth? I find it strange that no one was there to help her, but they all supposedly witnessed two men scoping out the place. Meanwhile, none of them called 911. How much sense does that make? This story has holes in it. Then conveniently Chris shows up. I think maybe Chris was called to the scene. Perhaps Chris knew the man he killed. It is also possible the cashier knew him as well.

Another thing, if this man was robbing the place, does video show that he was actually taking things? He apparently had a butcher knife in his back pocket that he never uses in a store robbery. Now which one is more intimidating to you? If he wanted money, he would have put that knife to her neck and threaten to slit her throat. There is no mention of that. Maybe it was a boyfriend of hers coming to kick her butt and she called Chris. Who is well known for being a Snake Man, maybe he is known for helping women in distress too from their boyfriends.

This story is crazy, and it is even more insane that the case was settled a day after it was brought public. The only problem now is did the Ocoee Police department do their job and actually investigate this crime. I don’t they they did. How could they judge it fairly, there was only hearsay, and the victim is dead and cannot speak from the grave.  The cashier who is nameless and faceless won’t speak, the two men who were sitting in the parking lot scoping out the place have never been found, and Chris is a hero who can do no wrong. All the pieces of the puzzle fit together here. NOT!

WASHINGTON – Democratic leaders secured the last two votes to move ahead on historic health care legislation, clearing the way for a Saturday night showdown on President Barack Obama’s top domestic initiative.

In long-awaited speeches, centrist Sens. Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas and Mary Landrieu of Louisiana said they would stand with their party and vote “yes” on the crucial test vote despite deep reservations with elements of the 2,074-page bill to remake the nation’s health care system.

“The truth is this issue is very complex. There is no easy fix and it’s imperative that we build on what’s already working in health care in America,” Lincoln told her Senate colleagues.

Hours earlier, Landrieu had delivered her news. The two represent votes 59 and 60 for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., who needs that many in the 100-member Senate to go forward. The Senate’s 40 Republicans are unanimously opposed.

“I’ve decided that there are enough significant reforms and safeguards in this bill to move forward, but much more work needs to be done,” Landrieu said, with the 8 p.m. EST vote looming.

Most everyone would be required to purchase insurance under Reid’s legislation, and billions in new taxes would be levied on insurers and high-income Americans to help extend coverage to 30 million uninsured. Insurance companies would no longer be allowed to deny coverage to people with medical conditions or drop coverage when someone gets sick.

A largely overlooked provision in the Senate bill would send $100 million to Louisiana to help it cover costs for Medicaid, the federal-state health care program for the poor. In her speech, Landrieu rejected the notion that she was voting to advance the bill simply because of the money.

“I am not going to be defensive about asking for help in this situation,” she said, recalling the devastation inflicted on her state by Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and her Republican governor’s support for the provision. “I’m proud to have asked for it. I’m proud to have fought for it. And I will continue to.”

During earlier debate on the bill, Democrats called a revamp of the nation’s health care system long overdue.

“The country suffers when there is a failure to act on serious challenges that millions of ordinary Americans face in their daily lives,” Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., said during the rare weekend session.

United in opposition, Republicans cast the bill as a costly government takeover, built on budget gimmicks.

“Move over, Bernie Madoff. Tip your hat to a trillion-dollar scam,” said Sen. Kit Bond, R-Mo., referring to the mastermind of a multibillion-dollar Ponzi scheme.

The action in the Senate comes two weeks after the House approved a health overhaul bill of its own on a 220-215 vote. After the vote Saturday night, senators will leave for a Thanksgiving recess. Upon their return, assuming Democrats prevail on the vote, they will launch into weeks or more of unpredictable debate on the health care bill, with numerous amendments expected from both sides of the aisle and more 60-vote hurdles along the way.

Senate leaders hope to pass their bill by the end of the year. If that happens, January would bring work to reconcile the House and Senate versions before a final package could land on Obama’s desk.

The bills have many similarities, including the new requirements on insurers and the creation of new purchasing marketplaces called exchanges where self-employed individuals and small businesses could go to shop for and compare coverage plans. One option in the exchanges would be a new government-offered plan, something that’s opposed by private insurers and business groups.

Differences include requirements for employers. The House bill would require medium and large businesses to cover their employees, while the Senate bill would not require them to offer coverage but would make them pay a fee if the government ends up subsidizing employees’ coverage.

Another difference is in how they’re paid for. The Senate bill includes a tax on high-value insurance policies that’s not part of the House bill, while the House would levy a new income tax on upper-income Americans that’s not in the Senate measure. The Senate measure also raises the Medicare payroll tax on income above $200,000 annually for individuals and $250,000 for couples. Both bills rely on more than $400 billion in cuts to Medicare.

Jesse Jackson has done it again. I’m not going to make this sound eloquent, nor will I make this drawn out as I’ve seen on some other sites. The simplistic approach is better. Jesse Jackson is right in this statement. Let me explain why.

Blacks/African Americans are quite resilient. We take a lick and keep on ticking. However one thing that most people don’t realize, no matter your social status, there is still someone beneath you on the scale. Reliving the historic past is becoming tedious these days as the economy unfolds and the markets crash around us. The last thing any black person can afford to do is complain.

When Jesse Jackson says this, he is not speaking to the black man as a whole, he is speaking to the general ideal of poverty. Regardless how this seems to fly with many, blacks are still poor, we are still uneducated, we are still living below the poverty lines and still residing on the other sides of the track. That goes without saying. The real issue here is, Jesse Jackson is not being selfish in his statement, he is actually being quite Liberal. Sober, minded to be exact. Where is the problem again? What is wrong with a man who feels that blacks should get help when needed? If a man decides to buy a home for his family and he doesn’t have the cash, he borrows. When a man decides he wants to start a business, he presents his plans to a bank then they loan him the funds.  If there is no harm in that, where is the harm in the health care reform bill? It’s still taking money, just one with an expected payback date and one without.

Many blacks who are conservatives by choice or default, have the idea that just because they rose above their communities, or their parents way of doing things that they’ve created an open world for themselves to live in. What they’ve actually created is a wall of conceit in which they dwell in and they have very few visitors. They wear their mask everyday and think it makes them somehow better suited to fit into society, but in actuality, they don’t fit in anywhere. They can’t sit with Donald Trump or Oprah Winfrey, because they aren’t givers. They can’t sit with the poor man because they think that they are too good for him. So their circle of friends is all they have and all they know is to keep up their appearances. Making sure that the few that like them will stay around to brag about their meager accomplishments. Meanwhile, they are not good to society. They are independent in and of themselves. They never give back to their community, when they themselves come from the projects. Most of the times when you meet these types, they drive in their Escalades, and Dodge Magnums, but they reassure to each other, “I’ve worked hard to get here, anyone else wants what I got, they gotta work for it.” That is a good attitude, we can all applaud that, however, when you take so much pride in your education and success to the point of where you forget about the less fortunate, then you’ve missed the point of life and the revolving door will eventually smack you right upside your head. After all your people have been through, is all Jesse Jackson is saying, you should have a more giving heart and willing spirit. That is what he is saying to the brother.

If you took offense to Jesse Jackson saying this, read deeper into the words and think from what avenue would a man such a Jesse Jackson say this. Jesse Jackson has marched for equal rights for blacks. He has been locked up for his beliefs, he stood firm and held to his beliefs all these years and the fact that despite his notoriety, he is still fighting for the rights of the impoverished? I’m impressed, and most men now who are black conservatives want to simply be “accepted”. I like Jesse Jackson because although he can come off as cocky and radical. He expects to be taken as he is. He is not straddling the fence as some of these other hen pecked men who want acceptance from everyone. Blending is not so good these days. Jesse Jackson knows the struggles that blacks face, and he knows that even though he may have “arrived” or come close to it, he knows that some out there have not grasped the concept of education or success. That is why we have to say yes to a health care bill that will make it feasible for all Americans to be healthy. I agree with him. Should innocent black children suffer just because you’re educated and think highly of yourself?

Jesse Jackson put his life in harms way so many times, but I look at the black men of today if you can call them men. They are happy with the fact that they are accomplished, but most of them never give to the poor, they never tutor a child. They don’t volunteer their time. But yet they want to complain about the taxes being raised to help some less fortunate person. Shame on you for being stupid! Hell most of us can understand you being close minded, and only thinking of your race, but excluding others from insurance, but you’re making reservations about your own people. That makes you no friend to anyone. Did you think of how you were raised? Did your mother have insurance for you? How much did she pay? Did you father earn enough for you to be fully covered? Did you even have a father? If not, then more than likely, you had no insurance as a kid. Which is what many American children face right now. We have epidemics and pandemics, increases of children with Cancer, should they just die because the parents don’t have insurance? Don’t get me started. You guys know how I am.

Once last note, Who is Jesse Jackson talking to here? He is talking to a man who has the power to vote yes or no on a ballot making it possible for many uninsured to get healthcare, and he is telling him, you should know better as a black man. I stand behind Jesse on this one. This man should know better and he should vote to have this bill passed. When it is in your power to make a difference, then you should do just that. People always say, promotion comes from God. Well I believe that demotion comes from him too.

My goodness guys. Come on, is this the lowest of the low by Jose Baez or what? This guy is really reaching here. Just let me say this immediately, just to get it out the way. Let’s hope to goodness that Roy Kronk had nothing to do with the murder of Caylee Anthony. Now I’ve said it, we can move on.

Boy what now? Jose Baez looks dumb, but now I’m not sure if he is dumb. Talk about no good deed goes unpunished, this is a classic example. Now you guys remember, I wrote back when Roy Kronk first came on the scene, about how he is too “coincidental” with his story of being in the woods. But let me tell you this. My family also looked for the body of Caylee Anthony. I’m glad we didn’t find anything or they would be pointing fingers at us now. Poor Roy Kronk, geesh, this has got to be hard.

Not to mention, not very many ex wives have anything good to say about their exes, duh, that is why they are divorced! Jose Baez is throwing straws at anything that will stick. Not sure if he knows his client is guilty or not, but from what we see, his strategy is less than desirable. Just blame anyone. Hell for that matter, why don’t he blame Tim from Equusearch. That man was out in the woods too, maybe he did it. Maybe Leonard Padilla did it and he used the bail money to cover his tracks and make him not look guilty. What we do know is the evidence points to Casey Anthony. We know that hair was found in her trunk. We know that the scent of a decomposing body was found in the Anthony back yard, we know that Cindy Anthony the mother of Casey Anthony and the grandmother lied and tampered with evidence. Now another thing I wanted to point out to my faithful readers.

A lot of you are wondering if  Cindy Anthony washed the clothing in the trunk and she washed linens and hid other belongings from detectives early on in the game, is she guilty of tampering with evidence. Well think on this, it may not be tampering with evidence for this reason. Caylee Anthony was not believed to be dead at the time she washed the garments and bleach cleaned out the trunk. Now yes her being a nurse was probably under some suspicion of what happened in that car, but she did what she did anyway, we can’t change that. She could say, she wasn’t aware that a crime had been committed and therefore be excused for her behavior.

Roy Kronk is in for a long ride, and when you want notoriety or attention for what you do to help others, you will get it. I hope his motives are pure. He informed the media yesterday that he was not interested in speaking to them, yet today, he is talking like a bird, and the rest of his family will be under the media scope for some time. I’m interested in seeing how this all plays out. I can’t wait.

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — Three suspected illegal immigrants accused of kidnapping a Winter Garden family face even more charges. Police say the men terrorized the family for three days, forcing them to withdraw $20,000 from a bank account. The mother of the family escaped and was shot in the back in the process.Eyewitness News learned the new charges name a new victim in the case. It’s the woman who lives next door to the family. Police are saying the neighbor who called 911 had good reason to fear for her safety. They say one of the suspects shot towards her as well.

When that neighbor who called 911 went outside to see what was going on, police say she was in the line of fire too and even though she wasn’t hit, authorities say it was close enough to charge those suspects with a second count of attempted murder. Detectives say one shot went over the neighbor’s head, which she described in the 911 call. “One of the guys came out the back and aimed and so of course I didn’t stick around to check him out. I ran and I grabbed the phone and I called you guys and I ran upstairs to try to hide because now I’m involved and they’re going to come after me,” the neighbor told the 911 operator. But in court, the judge explained the new charge won’t change much for the three men locked up. They’re all still held on no bond, including a special immigration hold because they’re suspected of being in the country illegally.

The manhunt isn’t over yet. Winter Garden police said they’re still searching for a fourth female suspect who managed to get away.A new study says illegal immigrants, like the three men involved in the kidnapping plot, are believed to impact crime rates in Florida. But there’s a debate over just how much. The new study by the Center for Immigration found that about five percent of state’s prison population is illegal immigrants. But another study by the Pew Hispanic Center says it’s more like eight percent. Researchers also found no evidence that cities with large immigrant populations have higher crime rates.

I like the way this is going. Anything to help make sure that these charges stick against these idiots will suit us just fine. Getting them off the streets is even better. I am so sick of this foolishness, and hopefully the fact they are illegal immigrants, would create more awareness in the communities and we can actually work together. If someone looks suspicious, then say something. I tell people all the time, don’t be afraid if someone doesn’t look right and you speak up. It is your life. I wonder if any of the neighbors in the community noticed anything strange going on with the family next door. Did they have jobs or not show up for work?

Makes you wonder more about your own life pattern. We hear all the time how someone didn’t show up for work, and they are normally on time. Then the police takes a trip out to their house, only to find they’ve been dead for a few days. News of the strange yes, but we should take notice of our neighbors even more now. This is also a scary story because it reports that they were invaded. Which means they had possibly taken the necessary steps to lock their doors and secure their house, but still experienced a crime. The entry was forceful. Try and take a lesson from this.

Does anyone know if the name was released for the 4th suspect? She is still on the run. We should have pictures of her or something to go by. Is there anything out there?

Another thing, while reading their studies as to whether cities with a huge amount of illegal immigrants actually have more crime. Well I can’t be foolish enough to say that immigration causes problems, that would make me totally biased towards Americans, and it would also deny the fact that blacks make up a great percentage of crime in this country, so do whites, Latinos, with the smaller margin for Asians. I’m not privy to those facts. My dispute is not with immigration as a whole, it is with Illegal Aliens. So don’t be sending me letters calling me racist towards Mexicans or Latinos.

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — Police say a teen’s arrest at a Boynton Beach park got out of hand when officers were attacked by others in the area.Police said officers were on foot patrol Thursday night when they saw a 17-year-old try to toss out nine bags of marijuana. As the teen was being put in the patrol car, the crowd grew hostile.Police say 18-year-old Joshua Kelly told the officers he would beat them up, then ran away. Kelly was caught and put up a fight with the officers. Then 19-year-old Barkavius McCray began shouting obscenities at the officers, swinging at one officer who broke his wrist in the struggle.Kelley and McCray were arrested on several charges, including resisting arrest without violence. Several other arrests were made.

The first thing I think of when I read this is, Puff Puff pass! , I mean really, so let me get this straight, these cops come on the scene after they see a kid trying to stimulate the community with weed and they get upset that they are attacked? Shame on those officers. They know better than that.

I don’t know how I’m supposed to take this story seriously, so I won’t. What happened to all that weed anyway? I wonder if it will make it’s way back into the community or will it make it’s way on some cops table. Barkavius was one bold kid for shouting at the cops. At least we know he’s a fighter. I’m glad he didn’t get killed though. Now I wonder what the crowd was chanting!

I bet they were. You can’t prove it since you weren’t there. Now for the record, I don’t smoke weed and don’t think that just because I’m black that I do. Bill Clinton had some, and maybe if they had let these guys get their smoke on, they would have been a more relaxed crowd and the cops wouldn’t have gotten their asses kicked. That had to be one funny chase to say the least, I wish I could have caught just glimpse of that. There is no mention of police brutality, so that is good. The cops On Boynton Beach must not be into that anymore. Good job for them.

Now we all know the horrible tragedy that happened to the beautiful Caylee Anthony whose life was taken last year. She was only 2 years old. Her body was found by a meter reader named Roy Kronk. Jose Baez is now intending on putting the spotlight on Roy and coming up with a plan to accuse Roy of killing Caylee Anthony. His reasoning is, Roy Kronk was in the woods when he should have been working, and also he was the one who “discovered” the body, which Jose Baez thinks makes him look bad and could possibly tie him to the murder of this child. For those that don’t know the history of this story. The mother Casey Anthony is behind bars accused of her murder and all the forensic evidence found in the trunk of the mothers car points to her as the murderer. Once again, innocent until proven guilty. Everyone was led on a wild goose chase while looking in the woods for this child, all along, she was just a couple blocks away from her house in East Orlando, Florida buried in a park that had been neglected over the years. Her body was found some time later by Roy Kronk and now he is under suspicion by Jose Baez, Casey Anthonys attorney. Jose Baez is known for his inability to handle cases and is also known for his tactful way of not filing paperwork through the courts.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The former Orange County meter reader who found Caylee Anthony’s body was questioned under oath Thursday. The defense started questioning Roy Kronk Thursday morning and it lasted all day.Kronk is a key prosecution witness. He puts Caylee’s remains in the woods in August of last year, which is consistent with other evidence. Kronk says he saw the same suspicious trash bag in the same area both in August and December.The defense wants to shoot down his story. It’s already made unsubstantiated claims that someone else put the remains there after October 14, which is after Casey was locked up on no bond.

But Kronk is grateful his lawyer is now working for free.“I didn’t feel comfortable leaving him without representation, so I’m going to stand by Roy and see it through,” Evans said.Kronk won’t reimburse the county for his $12,000 legal bill. The county says his tenacity saved taxpayers from paying for more searches and what could have been a much tougher prosecution.Eyewitness News asked how the defense will fight the evidence of coffin flies that were found in Casey’s trunk.“Do you believe coffin flies were in the trunk or are you telling us there weren’t coffin flie?” Belich asked.“I’m not going to comment,” Jose Baez responded.“I think we’re going to see them so how are you going to fight that?” asked Belich.“I’m not going to comment on what we plan on doing. If that were the case, I might as well cash it in right now,” he said.Eyewitness News learned that the defense isn’t finished. Baez plans to question Kronk again and said he’s also considering a guilty plea in Casey’s check fraud case which will be heard in January.

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. — A woman was feeling so sick she pulled over along I-4 because she couldn’t drive. That’s when a man stopped and promised to help her. Instead, police say, he took her to a storage facility (see map) and raped her.Police say they caught the guy in the act Thursday morning.The woman had stopped on the side of I-4 right near 436. Then, police say, the man got in her car and drove her just a half-mile away to Assured Self Storage on Douglas Avenue. One of the worst things is the woman doesn’t remember a thing.

A gold Dodge minivan sat along I-4 Thursday afternoon, more than 12 hours after police say its owner, 33-year-old Winel Castro Molina stopped there. He pretended to be a Good Samaritan helping a stranded driver, but investigators believe he ended up raping the very woman who needed his help.“That, to me, is a psychopath. That’s someone that needs to be put away from society,” driver Jill Anderson said.“I believe this is a crime of opportunity,” said Robert Pelton, Altamonte Springs Police Department.Altamonte Springs police say Molina was driving west on I-4 in the wee hours of Thursday morning when he saw his victim. She suffers from an undisclosed medical condition and had pulled over after becoming disoriented. Police believe Molina said he’d drive her home, leaving his car behind.“I don’t believe she was targeted. She happened to be there, and he took advantage of that,” Pelton said.Instead, police said, Molina drove her up the I-4 exit ramp to SR-436, around the corner onto Douglas Avenue and only about half a mile away to the secluded parking lot where police say he assaulted her.“I believe it was a set of unfortunate circumstances that were able to be clumped together and led to an unfortunate outcome,” Pelton said.Around 3:00am, Altamonte Springs police noticed the car parked suspiciously in the dark, idling, and say they saw Molina attacking his victim. She was still so disoriented she didn’t even know what had happened.“The law recognizes that it is worse if you commit a sexual battery on a woman who is mentally or physically incapacitated,” WFTV Legal Analyst Bill Sheaffer said.Sheaffer says Molina could spend up to 30 years in jail for the first degree felony he’s facing. It’s a charge that has been upgraded because of his victim’s mental state, a disoriented mental state that was readily apparent to investigators she talked to.“That’s pretty strong evidence that he knew or should have known that she was physically or mentally incapacitated,” Sheaffer said.Eyewitness News checked and found no criminal history for Molina in the state of Florida.The woman stopped on a stretch of I-4 that you’d think would be safe, right at SR-436. Around 200,000 people drive that stretch of highway every day. But this incident happened in the middle of the night when there weren’t many people on the road.There are also Florida Department of Transportation cameras in that area, but the state does not record on those cameras. They said they have so many cameras recording on them all is impossible.

Now what about this story signifies that this man should be let out of jail, and for that matter, what about him should we be taking for granted? I can’t think of a single thing. This man is a rapist by all means of the word defined. Innocent until proven guilty? Not here, we have the witness as a law enforcement officer. There is nothing they can do to change that. So take a good and close look at this man. I stated on one blog that I could walk past him and not know him but that is not entirely true now. He has a face and of course many distinguishing marks. I wonder how he received those burn scars. I wonder if there is something in his past that caused this? I think it’s a good thing that he has this mark, it separates him from what we see typically. He cannot blend this into society.

He received bond and not too many would agree with the amount, and not too many would agree that he is free to roam the streets. The least I could do is present his face for you.

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — A motion was filed Thursday to revoke Winel Castro-Molina’s bond. He’s the man accused of raping a driver he found stranded on I-4.The State Attorney’s Office filed the motion Thursday. Castro-Molina has been free on bond for nine days with no GPS or other means of monitoring where he is.Castro-Molina’s original bond was $25,000. When he put up the standard ten percent of that bond, he walked out of jail, essentially free, the only oversight coming from his bondsman.

Now let me remind you guys, this is the same Castro Molina who was actually caught in the very act of raping a woman. That means that the police officer actually saw him raping a woman. Now why is he out on bond again? Ok,  now we can digest the fact that he is out on bond, but with no GPS? What the hell is that about? My goodness, they set his bond the same as they set for murder in the Hawthorne case, where an innocent man was murdered. Now we see this animal is on the streets to do the same thing again. My goodness, this guy is a violator of the Good Samaritan Law, he violates it to the tenth power, by actually pretending to help his victims, but actually raping them in the process.He took advantage of a stranded woman and took her off and raped her. How much worse can you get than that?

His family worked diligently to get him out of jail, which says a lot about them. I understand helping your family out, but these people must either believe he is innocent, or they are in a massive cover up and just as sick as he is. I’m inclined to go with the latter ideas. These people are sick. If my son is accused of what this Castro Molina is accused of, and technically guilty, but I understand the process of being innocent until proven guilty, but we do have a law enforcement officer who caught him in the act, this guy won’t get off, unless he escapes. With no GPS, he is free at any time to do this again. There is really nothing stopping him. How did they let him out knowing what he did? I could walk past him anytime and not recognize him, mainly because we have tons of Latinos in the state now. Any woman or child for that matter could walk past him and not know he was a rapist. That goes for anyone, I am aware, but this guy is already proven that he is capable of violating a womans rights, he shouldn’t be trusted. I hope to God that they lock him back up and make him pay the piper. Let me know what you think on this. This blog is an open forum.

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — The charging affidavit Eyewitness News obtained Wednesday afternoon (read it) for a violent Winter Garden home invasion reveals dramatic new details about the crime that left a homeowner shot. Three of the four suspects are now in custody after the arrest of the third suspect Wednesday.According to the Winter Garden Police Department, four suspects forcibly entered the home on Lake Roberts Landing Drive (see map) and held the residents, a married couple and their small child, against their will with threats of violence. Police said the suspects blindfolded the victims and forced them into their own SUV and then drove them to an unknown location in Apopka.

Now why are these scum bags here again? They are once again illegal. We are hiring them to work in our communities, and this serves them right  when you know that you are illegally hiring people. No identification, no work, it should be simple as this, but a lot of companies are trying to cut corners in Florida, and they end up hiring illegals. Perhaps if we could get them back to Mexico or wherever they come from, then we can get some of the Florida residents working again, and put a dent in the number of unemployed that have a legal right to work here.  At least if you hire an American or one who has received the legal paperwork, if they commit a crime, then you can easily track them down. I am surprised that they were even able to locate these folks. This is a sad story to say it best, this family didn’t deserve this to happen to them. If it turns out where the couple had employed these men in the past, then hopefully they’ll consider hiring legal workers in the future.  Companies need to be hiring workers who they can complete back ground checks on. Florida is spilling over with illegal aliens. Goodness, what’s next? Ponder this for a moment. Most of you will never ever invite a stranger into your house to feed them, you won’t ever entertain the thoughts of letting your child near someone they don’t know. However, you’re willing to let an undocumented person work for you? You’re willing to let them near your family? Are you nutts? All of this to save a buck? You’re insane.

Now in all fairness, I would wonder what some would have to say about my novel written last year. Other than the fact that its POD, all bets are good.

Sarah Palin in my knowledge of her sets women back a few hundred years. Her feminist ways leave much to be desired, and the fact that one of the presented reviews comes from a known feminist, it speaks droves about the feminist movement. I am a radical for womens rights, but I do love men too. In the review given by Melanie Kirkpatrick, her statements in regards to Palins husband, Todd Palin are quite disrespectful. What is the point of mentioning that Todds income/status is beneath his wifes? Melanies ignorance shines here.

Another point to make is while running this campaign, no one knew who Sarah Palin was until she was introduced by John McCain. Not once is she grateful to him or his staff for putting up with her. She is the one who went on a lavish shopping spree, then tried to place the blame on the McCain staff by saying, they made her do it. She was spending unmentionable amounts of cash on her wardrobe. We women go through enough in life and it presents so many challenges, but the last thing we need to do is appoint a woman whose forever whining about her blessed opportunities. She has had more chances to succeed than most women ever would, and she has mastered whining more than a pack of grade schoolers.

Here is what Sarah Palin should have done. First she should have thanked John McCain and his staff, and then left all the negative attacks to herself. Next, her editors should have informed her that if she was planning on running for election in the future to not burn her bridges. Yes I know that Palin will always have an audience, but she messed up badly this time. A lot of the audience that she did have will read this book and be ashamed that they admired her for her “maverick” approach to life. Instead they will walk away thinking that they have inducted a coward to the bench. She should have looked at this book as a resume for office, instead of a pouting session and a chance to slap those that helped put her name in the newspapers. If not for John McCain, she would have been just another redneck woman.

NEW YORK – Former McCain campaign senior adviser Nicolle Wallace says Sarah Palin’s book “Going Rogue” is “based on fabrications,” and that the basis for Palin’s depictions of her and former McCain campaign director Steve Schmidt as villains “took place entirely in her imagination.”

In a statement to The Rachel Maddow Show, the former McCain spokesperson repeatedly used the word “fiction” to describe Palin’s narrative and echoed criticisms by other former McCain staffers.

“She probably has a legitimate complaint that things could have been better conceived and executed,” Wallace said. “A book about that would have been painful but not entirely unfair,” Wallace told an msnbc producer in an off-camera, on-the-record interview.

Wallace took particular issue with Palin’s version of her Katie Couric interview, which did not cast the former vice presidential candidate in a favorable light.

‘Working mom’ interview?
Palin described thinking the Couric interview would be lighthearted and fun. “It was supposed to be … a working mom speaking with [another] working mom and the challenges that we have with teenage daughters,” she told “The Oprah Winfrey Show” in an interview broadcast Monday.

Wallace told msnbc that this is “rationalization or justification or fiction.”  “We set up this interview on the day of the U.N. General Assembly, with a walk-and-talk in front of the U.N. It was never made as two working gals … that was supposed to be to highlight her foreign policy savvy.”

In her book, Palin writes that the campaign selected Couric to interview her as a favor, to give the evening anchor “a career boost.”

“She just has such low self-esteem,” Palin recounts Wallace as saying.

Wallace said that was also “fiction,” adding, “I am not someone who throws around the word ’self-esteem.’ Katie Couric was selected because we did evening anchors … I did not advocate an interview for anyone I am friends with.”

“I think she fixated on me from very early on. She hated me from the beginning,” continued Wallace.

Trying to quell feud
On Sunday, NBC News reported that McCain specifically asked his former aides not to do television interviews rebutting Palin’s charges and to avoid escalating the feud. In an interview with the Hill newspaper, McCain reportedly said he enjoyed reading Palin’s book.  “I hope she sells lots of them,” McCain said.

Palin continues to make the rounds to promote her book. In an interview with Barbara Walters broadcast Tuesday, Palin says that a 2012 presidential bid is “not on my radar,” but wouldn’t rule out playing some role in the next presidential election.

“My ambition, if you will, my desire is to help our country in whatever role that may be, and I cannot predict what that will be, what doors will be open in the year 2012.”

In her interview with Walters, Palin said she’s received plenty of offers during the past few months, including to open up her family for a reality show. She has rejected that, but also said she wasn’t sure whether a talk show would be best for her family.

“I’d probably rather write than talk,” she told Walters.

The former Alaska governor also discussed David Letterman, whom she criticized for a sexually suggestive joke made at the expense of her teenage daughter in June. Palin told Walters she has ruled out an appearance on Letterman’s late night TV show. “I don’t think that I’d want to boost his ratings,” she said.

Despite the internal squabbling and ultimate loss, Palin said she would go through the experience again. She “would do it again in a heartbeat,” she told Walters.

Months ago, I wrote a blog and it was called, “The Christmas Party everyone hates” or something along those lines. It was one of the more sensitive blogs that I had written. I’d written about President elect Obama, I had written countless blogs about Caylee Anthony and so many other injustices in the world. Apparently I was ahead of my times, and hardly anyone read this particular blog. This blog was borderline “confessing” some things that my husband Erick had been enduring on his past job. His most recent job to be exact. Let me take this one step further by letting you know how I feel, and where I stand. Some of you won’t agree with me, but I don’t see any fault in this man. Let me tell you why. First let me say, my heart goes out to the families of those that were “Innocent” and I must express that separately from those that are “guilty”. I will go further into detail with this later.

The story that is out now, and was breaking news as on November 6, 2009. A man by the name of Jason Rodriguez went on a shooting “spree” if you will and actually went into a building near Lake Ivanhoe and began shooting his past employees. As the story is, Jason Rodriquez had been laid off 2 years prior from this corporation and his life was heading on a down hill spiral. His wife had left him, and the only job that he could land was working in a sub shop. Not much aspiration from the aspects of a “Engineer”. Jason Rodriguez commented that he felt the company had “Left him to rot.”

ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando police have identified the man who died in a shooting spree at an Orlando business. Police say the victim is 26-year-old Otis Beckford, mentioned in police documents as an employee of Reynold, Smith & Hills, an engineering firm.It all started Friday morning when a gunman opened fire in the offices of a downtown Orlando engineering firm where he was let go more than two years ago, killing one person and injuring five others.Jason Rodriguez, 40, was identified as the suspect. An Orlando Police Department investigator said, Friday evening, that Rodriquez has been charged with 1st degree murder in the incident and that more charges are pending. ()()()()

That is the gist of the story, and the facts are as follows…

Bernos said Rodriguez was an entry-level engineer who was fired in June 2007 after working there for a year.”His performance wasn’t up to our standards, so we terminated him,” Bernos said. Court records show Rodriguez’s life has been unraveling over the last several years, including a divorce, a drastic drop in income, to under $4,000 the first half of this year, and bankruptcy filed in May 2009. He went from working at engineering firms on the Florida Turnpike to working at a Subway restaurant in Orange County. Eyewitness News learned he also worked as an engineer/inspector from February to June 2008 and was fired for absentee issues. Rodriguez has been married twice. The parents of his second wife spoke to Eyewitness News late Friday afternoon. They say he was on medication for his paranoia and he hated authority.“He felt he was being discriminated against, but not because of his ethnic or anything else, but because they let him go from the job that he had because he didn’t perform,” the killer’s ex-father-in-law told Eyewitness News.”This is a tragedy no doubt about it, especially on the heels of the tragedy in Fort Hood that is on our minds,” Demings said. “I’m just glad we don’t have any more fatalities or any more injuries than we currently have.”Orlando police said Friday afternoon that anyone who has a family member or employee that works at Reynolds, Smith & Hills should go to College Park Baptist Church at 1914 Edgewater Drive (see map).“We received a call about shots fired at the 1000 block of Legions Place,” Sgt. Barb Jones said early Friday afternoon (watch raw video). “We deployed our active shooter teams.”
FEAR GRIPPED WORKERS INSIDE BUILDINGEyewitness News arrived on the scene and spoke to one man who said he saw someone screaming at him to get out of the building immediately. Other people were led out of the building, distraught and crying.“We got back in our office and everybody kinda huddled in our office waiting for police,” eyewitness Gerry Kilga told Eyewitness News (watch full interview). Greg Cross, who works in a real estate office on the 12th floor, said he and his co-workers barricaded themselves inside after hearing about the gunman on television.”We were terrified,” he said. “We locked the door and put a filing cabinet in front of the door and just waited.”Mark Vella, who works in a different office on the same floor, said he and five co-workers also pulled a filing cabinet in front of their door. They prayed and talked about what to do if the gunman showed up.”It was a little scary, a little unnerving,” Vella said. “We were afraid the guy was still in the building and making the rounds.”
1ST DEGREE MURDER CHARGE An investigator from the Orlando Police Department said, Friday evening, that Rodriguez has been charged with 1st degree murder in the shooting incident.According to the charging affidavit, obtained by Eyewitness News, at 11:44 Friday morning Rodriguez entered the offices of Reynolds, Smith & Hills at 1000 Legion Place in Orlando. A witness to the event saw Rodriguez pull a handgun from a holster under his shirt, point it at a company employee and then fire two shots killing the victim.The affidavit says that Rodriguez then went into a common work area and began firing shots “causing injuries to several other employees of the business.”According to the affidavit a witness saw Rodriguez leaving in a small silver car. The witness was able to copy most of the vehicle’s tag. Officer found a vehicle fitting the description and discovered it to be registered to Rodriguez’ parents. While officers were approaching the vehicle they saw Rodriguez in the window of his residence. He came out of the residence and was taken into custody without incident.The affidavit states that as he was being handcuffed officers heard Rodriguez say, “I’m just going through a tough time right now, I’m sorry,”As he was being questioned by police investigators Rodriguez said that people at the Reynolds, Smith & Hills Orlando office had “harassed him and threw him out for no reason at all, making it look like incompetency.” The affidavit goes on to say that Rodriguez stated that his former employers were hindering his efforts to get unemployment benefits. He went on to say the he “felt he was forced into a situation where he could no longer provide for his family.”

ENGINEERING FIRM REACTS TO TRAGIC SHOOTING The business where the shooting happened is a special engineering firm that is working on projects for NASA, including the Ares 1-X rocket system.A spokesperson for Reynolds, Smith & Hills said, as far as he knew, Rodriguez had very little contact with the office until the shooting Friday.The shooting has rattled employees at all of their offices. In fact, they advised employees they could all go home early.The company at the center of the downtown Orlando shooting has its sight set on the stars. The design and consulting firm is already working on constructing a new mobile launch platform for the next Ares rocket launch.The company provides large-scale design work on big infrastructure projects ranging from launch pads to highways. Jason Rodriguez had only worked for them for a short time and was let go in 2007 for poor performance.

A spokesperson said they hadn’t heard from him since.”We can’t account for why he would be harboring these feelings toward our company, particularly two and a half years later,” company spokesperson Ken Jacobson said.The spokesman said Rodriguez worked on transportation projects until he was let go.”His performance was below our standards. We were working with him on his performance for 11 months,” he said.The company has had a presence in Central Florida dating back 25 years. RS&H has 800 employees in offices in 11 Florida cities and in 11 other states across the country.Workers at offices across the state are now being offered counseling as they try to cope with the shooting. Workers at the Merritt Island office said they do work with their colleagues in Orlando from time to time, but none of them knew the gunman.

My thoughts below.

I believe this guy, and I know from personal experience that it is a great possibility that they had it out for this guy. Why? I have no clue, but I hope that the person who gave him hell is thinking about his actions, and I truly hope that if the person who fired him unjustly was killed, then justice was served. It is the way I feel, and I think that when you destroy a life, then your life should be destroyed in return.This man lost his wife, he lost his family. He lost his place in the community. Times are so hard right now, and when you treat others unjustly, then you get what you deserve. I guarantee you this man accepted his fate on the day he was fired. But later thought about his “outcome” and knew that if things had worked out at the firm, that he would still be confident to live as a human being. They shattered his dreams.

Frankly, when you fire someone unjustly, you take away their life. You take away their dreams of owning a home, you take away their childrens lives, you take away their “security”. You take that persons life as a “somebody” and immediately turn them into nothing. And most of this is done with one felt swoop of a pen. Florida is a right to work state, so you can be fired for no cause at all. It is explained on every disclaimer you read from your application, and they make sure you know it. So many are terminated for “lack of performance” and most of the times, that’s just not the case. There is so much racism and discrimination on the job that it is unthinkable that no laws are passed on Fair work exchange. Now yes I just made that up. But what it means is, I work for you, and you treat me fairly and equally. Let me guess, you’re saying that we already have this sort of organization right? Well then, what can we do when your boss or his assistant is a racist asshole? What can you do when you see your boss go to lunch and comes back smelling of alcohol? What can you do when your boss calls another employee a “Nigger” and the company does nothing about it? What can you do when your boss says ” I would love to fire all of you niggers and get my Latino friends in here to replace you.”  Let me tell you a personal story.

My husband Erick was just “fired” and the reason given was “poor work performance”. None of you out there knows my husband, however, I know him. There is nothing “Poor about my husband except for his wallet. My husband is a workaholic. He gives 100% all the time. Yet he was fired. Let me tell what is worse about him being fired. The asshole that did it was one of the most ignorant fools you could meet. But this company put him in charge to watch over the employees. That says something about “their reputation”. This “boss” if you will was shrewd and incompetent, and though my husband knew the job better than he did, his insecurities made him attack my husband for quite some time. Now typically, when you’re confronted by your boss for what ever the reason, you’d refrain from any sort of ” insubordination” as you don’t want to be terminated. If your boss yells at you or calls you names or badgers you, most of the times you grit your teeth and bear it. Right? Well my husband is no exception to the rule. However, there comes a time when you have to speak up and stop people from mishandling and disrespecting you. My husband became more assertive and began to demand his “respect” as a man would. My husband is 42, and no 27 year old should be addressing him as a child. This was not the case. This “boss” was demeaning, he was arrogant, insecure, and lacking the knowledge to perform his duties, and therefore, to take the focus off of his “performance” he chose to “pick on and bully” the weakest links in the company. The blacks were his choice. This boss would also avoid training employees the proper way for the simple fact that, he knew that if they became better than he was, that perhaps his job would be in jeopardy. So he would deliberately stick my husband on menial jobs just to keep from furthering and empowering him on the job, then complain when he couldn’t do an unlearned task. Now how shady is that? This boss would go as far as telling them, “You can be replaced.” and the blacks there would keep silent, after all, who wants to be unemployed, especially when they have a family to provide for.  He’s been doing it for over a year now. But because no one looks into the grievances of employees, and yes My husband had seen or at least heard of other grievances reported, that were met with no solutions, he refrained from taking the same road, and just hoped things would get “better” they never did. His main reason for not reporting such activities as witnessing the boss drunk and other coworkers “high” were, He didn’t want to be met with retaliation. He was “fired” in June of 2009 and it could have been avoided if the company had chosen wisely when it came to picking an authority to handle its employees. The owner of this company is an idiot. Let me tell you why. When you call yourself the owner of a company and you don’t know what is going on with the day to day operations of it, then you’re a fool. The owner of Odonnell Corporation, Timothy J. Odonnell,  where my husband was employed for 4 years needs a lesson in what it is to actually “Manage” a business. It’s not about designating authority, it’s about you being the final authority in your business. Odonnell Corporation has a very high turnover rate, and this would be the reason why. Nothing should go on in your business that you are unaware of. I suppose that this owner didn’t know that his employees, all in management positions were sneaking out and having a drink. Then returning to work and using the certified equipment and dangerous chemicals. I guess he didn’t know that they were heading out and returning back from lunch 2 hours late. But if the employee was 1 minute late, they could get written up. Tsk tsk tsk…shame on Mr. Odonnell for being so ignorant.

In saying all of this, No one has the right to violate the Equal Opportunity Act, and no one should be violating the terms an employees right to work by bullying and the mistreatment of another human being, and when you hire fools to run your company, and when you unjustly fire people who are hard working, people tend to respond. Sometimes, employees just walk away and get another job, and they eventually forget about the past employers. And sometimes they get upset and come back and kill your ass.  If this entire story is true, and I am inclined to believe it is, this man had simply resorted to his only known option. I’m not saying that he didn’t commit a crime, I am not saying he was right, but what I’m saying is this…I know his pain and I know where it comes from. Employees are tired of being bullied and mistreated by disgruntled bosses. The employee is most of the times not disgruntled, it’s the boss who has the problem, and I think in the coming months, we will begin to see a lot of this. Think on this why would I go to college for 4 years to obtain a degree in a field only to be discriminated and called “nigger” on the job and receive unequal pay for the same work? I wouldn’t.

Let me say this too, I know many of you will be pissed at what I’ve said here, but if you’ve never lost everything and done everything to keep it, then you will never know what it feels like. Let it happen to you, and I bet you will want vengeance to be done.

I’m reminded of a story of a man who walked into a building and met the secretary. She was sitting behind the desk and as he walked in, adorned in his military fatigues, and holding a fierce shot gun, he looked at her as he held his weapon and said, “You were nice to me, you’re free to leave.” Then he proceeded to enter the work area that housed his former coworkers and he scanned through, setting free those that were kind to him, but he killed the assholes that bullied him and tortured him on the job. Hmmm, food for thought.

Names are now being released as they work to identify the bodies of the women murdered at the hands of the accused Anthony Sowell.

A Cleveland woman said Thursday that that she was choked and threatened this year by the man now charged with murder after the remains of several people were found on his property — and that she is racked with guilt for not speaking up earlier.

Tanja Doss told The Associated Press that if she had quickly gone to authorities, her best friend, Nancy Cobbs, might not be missing. She believes Cobbs might be among the 11 victims whose remains were found at Sowell’s home.

Police have recovered 10 bodies and a skull from the home and yard of 50-year-old Anthony Sowell, a registered sex offender who moved back to his family’s house in 2005 after serving 15 years in prison for attempted rape. He is being held without bond on five counts of aggravated murder.

Of the bodies found at Sowell’s home, only one victim has been identified so far — 52-year-old Tonia Carmichael of Warrensville Heights.

Authorities asking for DNA samples
Pastors urged the families of missing people Thursday to provide DNA samples that could help the coroner’s office identify the remains, claiming that nearly two dozen others are still missing in the community. The coroner’s office, meanwhile, tried to calm concerns by promising DNA samples would not be shared with law enforcement.

Doss, 43, said she met Sowell in 2005, right after he was released from prison. He didn’t tell her why he had done time.

In April this year, she said, he invited her over for a beer. They went to the third floor of his house and were talking.

“And then he just clicked,” Doss said. “I’m sitting on the corner of the bed and he just leaped up and came over and started choking me.”

Shocked, she said she lay back and tried not to struggle.

“He said, ‘If you want to live, knock three times on the floor.’ And I knocked on the floor,” she said.

Still holding her throat, she said, he told her using profanities that she could be “dead in the street” and no one would care.

‘Why you gotta act like that?’
He made her strip off her clothes and lay on the bed but did not try to rape her, Doss said. She said she curled up in a ball and tried to talk him down, saying things like, “Why you gotta act like that?”

Then she prayed.

Sowell wouldn’t let her leave, Doss said, so she fell asleep and awoke to him acting as if nothing had happened.

“He said, ‘Hi, how you doing? You want something from the store?’” Doss said.

She picked up her cell phone and pretended to call her daughter.

“I said, ‘Oh, wow, my granddaughter is sick. She’s got the flu,’” she said. “He asked if I wanted to go to the store with him, but I told him I had to go home. He went to the store, and I went in the other direction.”

Doss didn’t immediately report the confrontation to police because she had done jail time on a drug charge and assumed they wouldn’t take her seriously.

“Now, I feel bad about it, because my best friend might be one of the bodies,” she said.

Doss last saw Nancy Cobbs on April 20, when they celebrated Cobbs’ 44th birthday with a cake. The women grew up together, and Cobbs lived in the same neighborhood as Sowell.

When Cobbs vanished, Doss and Cobbs’ daughters searched abandoned buildings. They posted fliers in stores and taverns, hoping someone had seen her, and filed a missing-person report April 24.

‘It goes through my mind all the time’
At the time, Doss said, she didn’t think about what had happened with Sowell. She assumed he had just lost his mind for a few minutes. And Cobbs, she said, didn’t know Sowell.

Now, it’s all she can think about.

“It goes through my mind all the time,” she said. “Every time I think about it, I start shaking. I can’t get it out of my mind.”

Doss said she finally reported the attack to police on Monday, three days after news surfaced of the discovery of bodies.

This story is horrific. There is really not much I can say. This woman is telling a gripping story and one can only imagine what took place in that house that night when she was there. I totally believe that she is telling the truth. These types of men “snap” or “click” and they just go off on you with no prior warning. I know first hand. My God, this woman made it out alive. I’m not upset with her for not reporting what happened to her, she is right. The authorities would have done absolutely nothing. There is not much resolve for drug addicts and women who have certain lifestyles. It’s almost like a prostitute crying “rape”. Most of the times no one believes them and they are not taken seriously. So for sure , I am on her side with this. I’m glad that she is here to tell her story and shed some light into this man who is accused of committing some horrible, detestable acts against women. I say the word accused, not from my own preference, but from law. I believe he is guilty as charged. Don’t mistake that.

MARION COUNTY, Fla. — The Marion County Sheriff’s Office has put together an unusual publication. A newspaper filled with registered sex offenders.The sheriff is using it to warn homeowners about the sex offenders in their neighborhoods. Much of that information is already online on the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s website.But the sheriff’s office took it up a notch.All 509 registered sex offenders and predators living in Marion County are in the newspaper and for the 5th straight year, they printed 100,000 copies.Matthew, 10, lives on a Summerfield block full of friendly neighbors. But there are some houses he never, ever goes near; the homes of registered sex offenders.”So, you stay away from them?” WFTV reporter Berndt Petersen asked.”Yeah.” Matthew replied. “Do your friends stay away from those places too?” Petersen asked.”Yeah.” He replied.The sheriff’s office is helping neighbors identify them the homes. They’re distributing 100,000 copies of a 40-page newspaper that lists the names and addresses of every offender and predator living in Marion County.”Not only let the citizens know, but let the offenders know that we are holding them accountable,” Lt. Chris Vorisek of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office said.Offenders James Martin and Peter Czaplicki share a house. After neighbor Timothy Johnson received one of the newspapers, he decided to warn the entire community.”Well, I figured if it helped one kid stay safe, I thought that would be the right thing to do,” Johnson said.Johnson says several predators live in the area and folks are spreading the word.”There was a child at my son’s bus stop who ran up to me and said we have a sex offender living in the neighborhood. The child knew before I did,” said Cathy, a parent.That’s how Matthew found out and he’s following his parents’ instructions to “stay away.””Do they ever try to talk to you?” Petersen asked. “Oh, if they do, then we know better to run away and scream,” Matthew replied.The newspapers cost $18,000 to print, but it didn’t cost taxpayers a dime. It was paid for with money from illegal drug seizures.Eyewitness News learned that of the 500 offenders in the newspaper, only 80 of them were convicted in Marion County. The rest moved there from outside the county or outside the state.

This story is pretty interesting to say the least. The fact that they thought it was plausible to actually print this out is appalling. I’m not upset with it, I’m shocked as to why they feel the need to do so. Trust me, I’m all for publishing the whereabouts of Sex Offenders/Predators in our communities. However, I see a bigger picture. I want to know why they are out of prison to begin with. Can anyone tell me why they are released so soon, only to attack again? There is a story running right now in Cleveland regarding a man who is labeled as a “serial killer/rapist” and he is also being said to have been released after serving 15 years in prison from raping and choking a young woman back in 1998. You’ve probably heard of his name, Anthony Sowell age 50, African American. Why was this man released back into the community? He proved many years ago that he could not be trusted, and now we see in retrospect that he should not have been released without conditions. He has since then had his home searched and it was discovered that he had over 15 bodies of young women buried around his property. Whose fault is this?

I don’t see anything wrong with publishing this information to “alert and warn” local residents. But isn’t that sort of like, letting loose a Lion into the community and warning and alerting the public about it’s existence? Now read this carefully, If we have animals in our community on the loose, what usually happens? An animal “trapper” of some nature typically comes out and removes the “animal” from the neighborhood where it is found. Why don’t we have “trappers” who come out and remove any unwanted humans who are animal in nature from our communities? Why are the residents of the community left to fend for themselves? They’ve handed you a map of the “danger zones/hot spots” and you’re on your own and left to your own device of avoidance. Something does not seem right about that. Why do we have a mayor and a governor? Why do we pay them again if we’re our own Police and Predator/Offender task force?

There is something clearly wrong with this. Now I will add also, I find it amusing that Orlando, Florida has not done this, and perhaps if it had listed all of the offenders in Orlando, The Orlando Sentinel would be out of business as I don’t think their is enough Ink nor paper to list of these. Orlando Florida is a cesspool of Predators and Pedophiles. Once again, I have no problem with the list, but is this the best thing they can do to help out their citizens? Is this all there is to assist in this? Let me take you some place else for a moment.

Visualize this, in your community of 1,000 people, there are at least 2 Pedophiles on each street. You have received the list giving you the names, the addresses, and the nature of the crimes that your pedophiles have committed. You’ve talked to your children about “safety”. You’ve told your children about “avoidance”. Now what are you waiting for? Can you truly sit inside your house and allow your child to play freely in the streets where you reside and pay the city to keep clean? Can you trust that your child will follow your instructions and avoid the pervert? Can you trust the pervert to avoid your child? Will you let your child hang out with friends? Will you let your child walk home from school with friends or alone?  Most of you won’t be able to let your child do any of these things. So it seems to me that you’ve gotten a bad deal. You’ve purchased your home in which you have no freedom, your child is living in fear for their safety, and you cannot enjoy the community as a whole because what lives amongst you is something unimaginable to you and the thoughts that the freak down the street may actually break the rules and come after your child are constantly creeping in your mind. Is this what you’re paying for?

I hope not. I hope that this is not what we bargained for. We deserve better than this. I deserve better than to have to share my community with Pedophiles and Rapists. When we say the term clean the streets, it should also include this. Clean our streets from these types.

I wanted to present this story today about something that we are all faced with. What is the difference in a black or white community when you smell rotting flesh? When you smell the stench of death, does color really matter? A 50 year old black man from Cleveland, Ohio is  being accused and faced his first day in court today for the rape and murder of at least 10 black women. Have you heard of this story? Did this story make national headlines? If you have not heard of it, why not? Was this news “big” enough to go national? Jeffery Dahmers murders were “big” enough and his victims faces were plastered over the networks for many many months. Not only did they make local headlines, but they also gained the status to be considered “breaking News” and we know it has to be big for that to happen. Noone made “light” of the murders and they were all considered tragedies to say the least. Jeffery Dahmer was considered and still is barbaric and ferociously evil. Mention his name today, and some hair will rise. David Berkowitz who was known for his killing choice of “couples” in NewYork. That story made national headlines. It also gained much Public attention. Danny Rowling was another criminal mastermind who murdered senselessly and who gained “national fame” and notoriety from the heinous crimes that he committed.

It is safe to say that over 90% of the victims that each of these animals killed, raped, sodomized, tortured, bound, gagged, slaughtered…were all white. Could this be the reason for the media coverage? Can a black woman be treated as “equally” important during her untimely demise? Are we dealing with a racist media? When a black woman goes missing, do you feel that the same “coverage” is given to them as equal to the white woman? When a black man is murdered do you feel that the media coverage is equal to the coverage that if it had been a white man?

My first thoughts after learning that the coverage had not been given to these unfortunate black women in Cleveland was this…”It’s about time they aren’t plastering a black man all over the news again.” Then I realized that it was a set up. We won’t make a spectacle out of the black man, neither will we give a damn when they kill each other or when one of them is raped, murdered, and so on. Basically, we will only “cover” when it is an elected “official” and the like. There in lies the problem. With blinders on, you cannot see the injustice. Every one of these “Missing women” should have been plastered on the news. FOX has news in many distant states, have you seen the coverage of this story? I was listening to Michael Baisden today, and this sparked my interest in this case. I’m going to get the names of these women and create a story about them. There names and faces need to be remembered and if it’s the little thing that I can do to not make this animal Anthony Sowell be a martyr, I’ll be doing it. He is no hero, his victims deserved to receive “air time”. It is being said that no one really knew what happened to these women, and that they just vanished. Every one of these women has a name and a face. We owe it to our selves to look at black, white, Asian, Latino, Mexican and all the other races to give “fair media coverage” and fair search efforts for all of our missing. I’ve written about Tracy Ocasio, I’ve written about Jennifer Kesse. I’ve seen their faces and know their stories. Let’s see what else is out there that the media is not telling us about.

William Gorzynski confesses to killing or at least stabbing his brother in the 911 call to police. Read the transcript here.

- A 15-year-old boy was breathless and frantic on a 911 call after stabbing his younger brother in the chest with a kitchen knife in an argument over loud music, according to recordings released Friday. “He’s lying in the bedroom, please,” William Gorzynski says on the call.

“I have help coming to you, just take a deep breath,” the dispatcher tells him.

“I’m going to go help him, can I please just go help him?” Gorzynski replies.

Gorzynski remained held in juvenile custody on Friday on suspicion of second-degree murder in the Monday afternoon death of 14-year-old Matthew Gorzynski.

“He’s breathing but barely,” Gorzynski tells the 911 dispatcher.

“Is he bleeding a lot?” the dispatcher asks. “Yeah, a pretty good amount,” Gorzynski says, his voice breaking. “Oh my God.” According to police in Coral Springs, about 45 miles north of Miami, Matthew was playing music on a home computer. William was watching television nearby and complained the volume was too loud. He told him to turn it down. Matthew refused. The two yelled at each other, then fought.Then William went to the kitchen, grabbed a 7-inch knife and stabbed his brother in the upper left chest, Sgt. Joe McHugh said. Authorities redacted portions of the 911 call they say is a confession and will be used as evidence.”Obviously, he tells us exactly what he did,” McHugh said Friday.The boy’s attorney has not responded to repeated attempts for comment from The Associated Press, but has told local news outlets the stabbing was self defense.Family members have also declined to comment. The boys lived in a tidy suburban South Florida neighborhood with their brother, Timothy, 19, and their single father, Thomas. They were home alone at the time of the stabbing.The Florida Department of Children and Families opened a case briefly on the family in 2004 after receiving a report that the father hit one of his sons and grabbed the boy’s neck, according to an investigative summary provided to AP by the agency this week. “Thomas was upset because clothes were left on the floor,” the investigator wrote in the report.The case was soon closed because the boy denied the allegations, DCF said Friday. “After a complete investigation and no visible physical injuries, two of the allegations were not verified,” said DCF spokeswoman Elisa Cramer. “The investigation was ultimately closed with some indicators of domestic violence. The family refused referrals for services.”

About freaking time! These two assholes just found ou that they will spend at least 25 years in prison for their crime against this 11 year old child. I’m happy and maybe this will teach these punks to not mess with our children. I hope the bastards have friends In Mexico who see this and realize that, we won’t take this crap here in our state. When a boat load of Haitians comes over here, we ship their asses back to Haiti, when Mexicans come over here, we let them stay and say they are hard workers. Yeah and they are also freaking rapists too. Listen, these guys got no respect and Mexico is one disgusting place. You may look at all these white people traveling over there to the tourist places and think, ooh Mexico, such a nice place. That is just the way it looks on t.v. The streets of Mexico are dirt poor. Those people have nothing. And isn’t that where the first cases of swine flu originated? Don’t you remember that young girl that went over there and never returned home? Her parents have not seen her yet. Probably some Mexican got her and did her in. Sorry but its true. Those guys are scum over there. And when they come over here, they are the worst. What they did at home, they try to do here in America. There is a cesspool of them wandering the streets. They’ve taken over the ghettos and parts of Orlando are filled with them. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but I gotta say what’s on my mind. I’m glad that they were found guilty, and their little smirks were read well. The jury began its deliberations Friday in the case against two illegal immigrants on trial for kidnapping a sixth grader at knife-point as she headed to school in February of this year, then taking her to a vacant house in Orange County and raping her.Both accused rapists testified in their own defense Thursday, but their stories conflicted with one another and with the victim’s testimony.Prosecutors argued Friday morning during closing arguments that one of the accused rapists is using ignorance as a defense, that he didn’t know the victim was a 12-year-old girl and didn’t realize she was kidnapped at knife-point. The other is using arrogance, claiming he thought the girl was a prostitute.Illegal immigrant Richard Morales-Marin told the jury Thursday that he thought the 12-year-old girl, who was dressed in two jackets, a hat, gloves, and was carrying a backpack, was a prostitute and that she knew what was going on and went along with it.Illegal immigrant Juan Hernandez-Monzalvo claimed he never raped the girl and had no idea she was so young.Friday, their defense attorneys asked the jury to take their stories into account. Marin’s attorney said they should give credit to him for testifying in his own defense.Prosecutor Linda Drane-Burdick addressed the accused rapists in telling the jury their stories were not believable.“There’s actually no evidentiary support for a word that you have said and that your story, if you want to call it that, is not worthy of belief,” Drane-Burdick argued Friday.Juan Hernandez-Monzalvo wanted to be deported to Mexico again to avoid this trial. Both illegal immigrants face possible life prison sentences if they’re convicted.

Most illegal immigrants are blood suckers by nature. They come over here to our country and have no interest in our affairs nor do they have any interest in the advancement of our economy, yet they steal jobs from black men who are out of work, and now they are taking jobs from white men too. Serves them right. Let me tell you why. White men have been looking for a way to ostricize black men for so long and their ticket was to let the illegal immigrant in and give him a chance when they wouldn’t give an American citizen who is black a fair shake. Hmm, I say you get what you deserve. The tables turned and now the illegal immigrant is now working jobs that black men cannot get, and now many white men cannot get these jobs either. Let’s get back on topic here. The topic is, how in the hell did these illegal immigrants kidnap and rape this young girl in our community and why did we let it happen?

You don’t let strangers come into your house and control things. You don’t let foreigners into your land and give them the keys to the city. What the hell happened here? These men come from a place where it is ok for them to sleep with children, and now they are in my state of Florida and they are playing dumb. They learned this behavior. Let’s guess from who… The most influential race. Whites. So thanks to you guys, now you’ve taught them how to rape and get away with it. Kudos to you for that. Once again, where are the men in this country? Will you please stand up? This child was bundled up like an Eskimo and they said that they thought she was a prostitute. I’m so glad that I’m a woman now. I’d hate to be a child in this world. And Florida is becoming a horrible place for children to be raised. Really it is. And we pay big bucks to keep the politicians on board as they ignore the problems and collect the big checks. Does anyone regulate the illegal immigrants? I know my opinion of illegal immigrants is probably seeming racist, however you gotta know this, there are all sorts of illegal immigrants here, but I’m talking about the blood suckers only right now. I know we have Haitian Immigrants, we have European immigrants, but most of them are not undocumented. I remember hearing one time that Barack Obamas aunt was an illegal immigrant and that she was in our country. Lets get this straight for the idiots that don’t know the difference. That means, if you knew about her , she was not Illegal. If you don’t have a Visa card or SS#, then you do not exist in our country. To me, that is a deadly combination. Illegal means they are “undocumented” meaning those bastards are here, they got no card, they have no number, no one knows those freaks are here. That is why we have “green cards” duh. It’s to keep track of them and make sure they are where they are supposed to be and that they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. Which means, they are not out raping our children. Which means they are not out raping our women. These two animals are on the stand lying their asses off saying they weren’t aware that she was so young, they are also saying that they weren’t aware that she wasn’t a Hooker. Boy what will they come up with next? I’ve been seeing so many more crimes coming from the “illegal alien” in our state and it’s just a matter of time before the whole state is “tainted” with this foolishness. Just last night in the city of Altamonte Springs, Florida, an illegal immigrant was caught by the Police department, attempting to rape a young woman. See what I mean? This is no laughing matter. I may come off as racist, oh well. I don’t care. I’m just giving you the facts. I’m not perfect, and what I think is this, if a person wants to come to the United States and file for citizenship, they better be prepared to abide by the rules here. If you can’t do that, then get the hell out of my country. It’s simple. Act right or get out! I say lock these two assholes up and throw away the freaking key. You notice, now these idiots are now saying they want to be extradited back to Mexico! Nope I say keep their asses here and make them pay the piper. Hopefully they get gang raped in prison.

Oh and another personal note, Can’t these people come up with different names. I am so tired of seeing Juan Morales, there is like 50 million of them. I wish this race of people would be more creative with their name choosing! If you’re Mexican or Latino descent, can you please come up with something “original” so that we can find your ass? There are other names available out there. Try just one!

John Hawthorne who is currently out on bail for paying the amount of $2500.00 for murdering Joel Boner is now requesting “free time” around the house to roam in his yard. John Hawthorne states that he is unable to do the chores and help out around the house. So this is the basis for his petition with the courts. What kind of nerves does this guy have? I tell you. This boy is a menace. He has all the trademarks of a sociopath. I’m not kidding. First you commit a crime of cold blooded murder, then you find a way to turn the tables and make yourself out to be the angel. His trial needs to start Now. This is outrageous and another slap in the face. Ooh boy do I hope when he gets to prison that they have their way with him. What gives him the right to think that he should be even allowed to “roam freely” about his property? I’ll tell you what, the justice system does. Some silly attorney with no morale or scruples is fighting for his behalf because of democracy.

Now let me add this. Lets not forget that before this arrest, John Hawthorne was a drunken addict who has a violent temper and who partied heavily. Not to mention he was drinking underage and a high school drop out. What was he contributing to this world? Nothing and probably wouldn’t ever be. Now we’re supposed to believe that he has mended his ways and is now “born again” ? Oh please, spare me the bull. This Kid is still a cold blooded murderer and as far as I’m concerned, Ocoee is not safe. How can I convince them of this? Sometimes skin color is all that people see in the judicial system. I wonder if it was a black man would he be wandering around the property. Hell no, you know it. I’m just not afraid to say it. I’ve gotten a lot of crap over this case for my views. So what, that is what makes me a great writer, I don’t care what everyone else thinks. I like my thoughts better, and if we agree that is wonderful. If not, I don’t care. I’ve seen black men get arrested for carrying a small bag of marijuana and are still doing time for this. This white kid kills a man in cold blood and he is “free”. Oh and what the hell is house arrest? House arrest is not for murderers, it should be for the smaller crimes, Misdemeanors and such.  This man is a FELON, He confessed to murdering this young man Joel Boner. This is indeed a slap in the face for Joels family. It’s a step in the wrong direction for our justice system.

Ooh and a little foot note. John Hawthornes attorney states that “John Hawthorne has not broken any rules since he’s been on house arrest, and therefore the courts should grant him the option to walk around the yard and help out.” You hear that, he has not broken any rule. This man broke a commandment and murdered an innocent unarmed man, by stabbing him 15 times in cold blood, he took pictures of himself in the bloody clothes, he took a shower after killing him and did some laundry, he never reported his crime. Now we’re told, “he has not broken any rules”. Why won’t someone kidnap this attorney and hold him hostage? Sorry guys, you know this stuff gets to me. What an idiot this guy is…
